How we did it, the making of The Real Air Force one.....



Coming up how we made the Movie, step by step how we made the 747 cockpit as seen in the video clips.

Air Force One was a major undertake, first the story had to be thought through, can Lady-J really do the things seen in the movie?.
How much can we ask from a Doll, and what text will need to change for a Lady president and not a Man?.

Lady-J will need to sit, squat, kneel, stand be on her back on her front and side, her arms and legs will need to move as a real Lady, she will need to be seen to run climb stars, walk and fight close scenes with the Terrorists, fight with guns, fly a plane, fly on a rope from the plane and hold on to it's tail as it flys through the air.

Her hands and fingers have to be seen to press buttons hold guns, open doors, grip and hold items.

Her film must show the manner of what she is doing, her eyes look up her eyes look down, to the left to the right, is she scared, happy or thinking, every photo had to be thought out to make it look right in the movie, it's a big ask from just one Doll, however I work with Justine a lot, and she is great to work with, moving her eyes and head to get the face and shot I need.

In the opening titles she was seen to welcome you to the film premiere, we made her look the part in the long blue dress, a number of photos were taken of Justine, on a plan back drop, cut to size and put into the background.
See the shadow was added at the side of her after, and a photo resize.

Next opening Title pages had to be made for the opening Prem: night video.
For the first photo movie we used an Air Force one remix music by Jerry Goldsmith - Air Force One Theme (Big Beat Remix), in the video we used a copyright free close like music.....
Every epoisde would start and end with a spinning disc as seen above.....
We would also add an amusing photo to what you had just seen to end the episode.....

After the opening Titles we show Justine at the Whitehouse and in the ovel office, again she had to be set in place in the background.
These photos we used to set Lady-J in the backgrounds seen above.
These are some small photos of the ones used in the movie.
Before and after, all photos had to be made this way many hrs of work of photo edit per episode.

At the start of episode one, the action gets started, with the SAS as the true heroes, there base is here at Hereford, so we see a lot of these Guy's from time to time.

We say the Lady President has under gone training with them.
Some good fighting sounds and the chapper coming in well set in as sound effects.

To crack the first joke we set in place this photo with text.
Here Justine had to be dressed in the USA Star and Strips outfit, her photo taken and set into the background, the phone you see in her hand was never on the desk, but the BT phone from the house.

Again take note of her face and eyes, as she said huge dildo.
This is the photo used, cut resize the set into the back drop you see above.
For the dinner in Moscow, we did a smart dress up, note the nice suit she has on, In the clip she was put into six backgrounds.

In the photo note her face, the eyes and the angle of the shot, the hand gesture to the words, in all photos it takes time to put a face to words.
Here we had a little fun, she is Welsh and just who the USA should have as there President don't you think, take note we gave her a Welsh USA pin badge to wear and we made sure her Staff knew it, like it or not:

Here in episode two Lady-J walks from the cars to the plane, see where we put her into the background, in the light on the ground, so you can see her shoes, even really small you can see it is Lady-J, it's a nice with a lot in and she looks the part.
Here agan is a nice photo, Lady-J's face and eyes say it all, the photo was taken with Lady-J holding the file, and then she was put into the background over top on the films real actor.
Before we look at the step by step building of the 747 plane cockpit, we stage a real live take off, photos taken on take off within a real cockpit.

Here in a clip from our video movie as Air Force One takes off, In episode three, you will feel like you are all on board Air force One as excitment builds to the opening music.



Well making a number of the first episodes we made the 747 plane cockpit, it was the only way we could restage many of the cockpit scene's seen in the film, the cockpit is a 747 simulator made here at Gibbmodoll Film Studios, for the movie.

There is normally one throttle lever for each engine and, depending upon the flight deck or cockpit configuration, they may be installed on the centre console, side console, on the dash board or mounted on the aircraft ceiling. In some two pilot flight decks, each pilot station has its own set of throttle levers.

Yes Kim and Willow would have loved it.....
Here is Mr Bob on the nitrous injection jet ski bike used in The Real Air Force One, it's home made, using an old bake frame, two skis, car exhaust, a gas air con refill bottle, and VW K jetronic injection system, prop and car fan.
It has air horn, flashing blue Police light, and yes the Welsh flag.
