what is longest wait for doll you ever experienced

when i first ordered my doll couple years ago, it took me like 35 days to arrive
i heard some expereinced 45 days with vendor
any interesting story about your wait for dolls ?

A couple of my dolls took well over 100 days. This would be my silicone Piper Jessica and Sanhui Nonoka 160 AIO. The vendor thinks they accidently got put on a boat (they were meant to fly.)

A couple of dolls I never received. Seized by customs. Fortunately both times I got my money back, and wasn't raided by the local SWAT team.

Then there's my Kinky Plush Nazuna Hiwatashi ... September 2022 I paid for her. Don't think I'm ever going to see her. She was actually made just over 3 months ago. But the maker has gone quiet. He might be dead for all I know. He was having health challenges.

PS I've heard the Real Doll wait time is terrible. Like at least a year to receive your doll, maybe more.

omg you experience a lot in the wait for dolls,
nowadays, doll factories actually have the ability to clear customs for customers and the production time for a doll freshly made only take couple of days, coz factorys have bodies and heads stock, especially bodies are shared among different dolls, even they run out of stock, they have stock the mold for head and body, so it doesnt take long to produce. Unless you custom made your own design.
But does it get that serious to have a SWAT team visits you because of dolls in your place?

The first doll I ordered was a Kimber doll. It came from a warehouse in the UK so only took a couple of days!

The second was a custom made silicone Sharply from China. It took 3 months from order to delivery. Those were a long 3 months too!

The two WM dolls from Phil took about a month from order to delivery. The amazing thing about delivery of these is that it only took 2 days from China to my door, both times!!!!

There are a lot of strict rules in the UK about sex dolls. They must be over a certain height and not have childlike faces is the main fact of it though.

When Cuthbert mentioned the swat team coming to his house, it was only a joke. Its not quite that bad.... yet.

The trick is to place the order just as their numerous holiday start. Then you can wait for a long long time. A Covid lockdown in the factory was also a good way to make a long time seem like forever.

Some vendors do have “off the shelf” stock but with limited options. It is, in my opinion, better to get exactly what you want and suffer the delay that can create.

Two to three months before factory photo’s is not uncommon then a few weeks shipping before that special knock on the door.

really take long , and some customers describe the wait like waiting to give birth

yea there are restrictions, for online retail must sell for 158cm or taller height

Unfortunately, I was not the only one with such waiting problems...

Mine is 3 months and 2 weeks +/- 1-2 days...

Two times, the wrong body was created and then sent by train to the EU... At least customs was fine.

I've still not got Nazuna Hiwatashi. Paid for her 90000 rubles or so back on the 12th September 2022. Over a year and counting and still waiting. Poor Mr Kinky Plush had some health issues, then he was incarcerated by the KGB after producing Nazuna I, then whilst he was detained, Nazuna I got damaged by an oil leak in the warehouse, so he's produced Nazuna II who looks very nearly ready to ship from Russia (or Kazakhstan, not sure.) With any luck she might appear in before Christmas Smile.

And then my custom doll (custom head.) The 3D design only took a couple of weeks. Then creating of a mould for the head could take 3 months, then the usual wait. Paid Mid-August, I'm not expecting her until sometime next year.

The next doll i will probably get in the Kimber deluxe when it finally arrives in the UK. This will swap out my old Kimber body with the damaged hands. I would expect her to only take a couple days to arrive from the warehouse.

When the vendor doesn't speak Chinese, you again get the same issues as when you try to order directly.

I had a similar issue of miscommunication when I contacted Irontech Dolls directly, but at least it was minor, and they fix it quickly.
