Bicycles and Cycling

I’ve been thinking. If we can have a model train forum on what is meant to be a Doll Forum, then why not have a thread for those who love bicycles and cycling, as I do. My love of bicycles is as valid as those who love trains.

So to start off, I thought I would just show some AI photographs of some of my girls on their bicycles because we are a very cycling-orientated family.

At the Kemble forum we host most any topic you like, that's how it was at Bobs old site, all kinds of things, most all lost when it closed:(, but only the train forum got moved, as it was used by a number of members.
We don't wish to start lots of forums, but any thread topic you wish to have is most welcome in Kemble forum, Lady-J (y)

I was up on two wheels quite often in my younger days. Even built custom bicycles as a hobby there for a while. But alas, time passes and health declines. Fun while it lasted though. :)

Great, thanks. Cycling has been a lifelong interest for me ever since my parents bought me my first tricycle for my second birthday or Christmas, I can’t remember which. That was 58 years ago I’ve ridden bikes ever since. The thread might not have many participants or be of interest to most, but it’s a way of incorporating my love of dolls with my love of bicycles.

Yes, Bobs old sites, had it all, dolls, movies, trains, farm toys, old radio, old valves, farming forum, classic tractors, cooking food and drink, the mini forum, classic and vintage cars, car repairs, testing, body work, mods, rally and racing cars, motor bikes, Army, and plane forum and lots more, around 60 or more forums as I remember, it was sad to see it all go:(, it took over one year just to save the shows and Movies before it closed, all other was lost for ever, Lady-J

No, I wasn’t ever a professional, but I did used to race a lot. Back in the late 1980’s/early 1990’s.

We don’t cycle but we can do a 3 in 40 in our little car 😁
