Caught The Wife Talking To One Of My Dolls

Dolls are my thing. Short of giving them the occasional gift, the wife doesn't really interact with them. Or so I thought... So the wife's getting ready for work and I hear her chatting away. I thought she was on the phone, but then I see her phone laying on the coffee table. So I go upstairs and the wife's having a conversation with one of my plush gals, who's sitting by the dresser.

"Where's your other shoe?"

"Good grief... what's it doing under the bed?"

"Mustn't kick your shoes off, dear."

Then she proceeds to put the shoe back on the doll's foot and straighten her up a bit. :ROFLMAO:

What happened I think, the doll, Veronica was sitting beside the dresser with her legs crossed. The wife must have bumped into her trying to get past and knocked one of her shoes off. I've done that a few times myself. Guess she was just trying to get her sorted again.

Mr Franz, What made my eyebrows rise up when my wife deiced to buy Tabitha a fancy black dinner dress and pair of thigh-high leather boots for a 'formal' doll shoot. And yes, she got them from Fredricks of Hollywood :oops:

That'd raise my brow as well! The wife will on occasion give the dollies things from her closet, but rarely does she buy something specifically for them. Now on one occasion she did borrow one of my gal's bras. 🙃
