"You need to be member level to see the sales forum, about 20 posts"
I see a lot of folk on Lemmy and other socials who have bought a doll, found her not to be for them, and want to get rid of "it".
I think such sales could be of benefit to forum users, but those people generally have no interest in joining the forum permanently and attaining member level. Would it be an idea to have a "sales-only" user group, who could post their sale and maybe one related discussion thread where they might be open to giving her another chance? (Or the discussion could be allowed in their sale thread, I'm just thinking of other forums where non-sale related banter is forbidden).

Not sure about that being a good idea, and I'm not really feeling it. What do others think?
It would be open to guests to post ads for their dolls, but would all have to be monitored and approved before been made public. If they didn't join the membership they would need to publish their email address on the ad as they won't have an account. The ad would have a time limited in case they sold or gave away the doll and didn't let us know.
Could be very open to abuse from scammers. The pictures would be very restrictive as to what is allowed as the open forums have to be Child friendly.
