Who are your most trusted vendors here in the UK for both dolls and accessories?

Mine are The-Doll-House UK and Cloud Climax.

Any others you recommend or have had problems with?

Phil at The Doll House is great and very helpful. I bought Jemma via him.
Cloud Climax have been good when I’ve bought my Teddy Babes via them.
I’ve heard that Silicone Lovers and Rosemary Doll are very good.

I’ve bought most of my ‘off the peg’ dolls from Lucid Toys. They sent the wrong doll the first time (wrong breast size) and one of the other dolls was nothing like the specifications advertised. But the others have been fine and customer service has always been very good. They let you go to their warehouse in Oxfordshire if you want to see the doll(s) you’re thinking of buying.

Like Jed I have bought several std / low budget dolls from Lucid who are perfectly OK if you don’t need a bespoke order.
Phil at the Doll House is super helpfull. Silicone lovers have a good reputation and I think have a UK location but are not actually based in the UK. Cloud Climax have a great reputation and used to be really helpful but I recently made a few enquiries and got very slow or none at all response - to be fair I didn’t pursue it as it was a relatively low value purchase (for them anyway) at £600 it was an in stock reduced torso and I got the impression they weren’t really interested unless I was spending a lot more. I found them more expensive than virtually all the other sellers - I realise of course their business model is geared to provide a certain “quality” service but the price difference is difficult to ignore.

Kimberdoll should be mentioned as she is the obvious bargain UK purchase at the moment.

Incidentally I don’t wish to thread hijack but out of interest I have just received a CLM torso doll and 2 heads I bought from SxDolled who are based in Australia. I wanted a particular torso doll which was not listed on any UK sellers websites - or at least not with my desired options. My instinct is to always buy from a UK seller but then I could only find her in Europe at My Robot Doll or unknown websites - so I thought as she will be drop shipped anyway I suppose the actual location of the seller is not that relevant.
Anyway this was my first ever doll purchase from a vendor outside the UK (although I have bought direct from manufacturers in Asia before)
SxDolled have a good reputation on TDF and of course being Australia based English is their first language - also they are very experienced with shipping into the UK.
Dealing with Jerry at SxDolled was like a breath of fresh air, all my (often foolish) queries were answered promptly in a friendly but professional manner and what I particularly liked was if he didn’t know something immediately he found out quickly from the manufacturer rather than fob me off like some would. This was all impressive enough but even more reassuring considering there is around a 10 hour time difference- so clearly he makes an effort outside normal work time. I received my order from payment to her landing on my doorstep in less than 4 weeks and the whole process was smooth and trouble free. OK she’s a torso doll so presumably quicker to make but it was still a custom order.
Anyway based on my experience I highly recommend SxDolled - pic of “Lyn” attached - she is my first STPE and it feels amazing!

Regarding Doll accessories I have just ordered a few miscellaneous doll maintenance/ cleaning kit items from Coeros, they seemed really helpful and offered a small discount to TDF members. They just focus on doll accessories mostly for storage, cleaning and handling - and also doll heads, they don’t sell full dolls. My order is currently in transit, shipped from China due here any day now so will update once it arrives. This is my first purchase from them - based on their good reputation on TDF

I've used many different doll vendors and manufacturers over the years.

Silicone Lovers is UK based but just a drop shipper (the doll from China goes straight from manufacturer to you, no stop off at Silicone Lovers premises.) I have a had a few from there. They have a nice website - probably too nice, way too much choice, can get expensive.

I have used The-Doll-House UK (www.the-doll-house.com - a little hard to find in Google, I usually end up finding Doll House vendors 😆) - they are one of the few vendors who do Sanhui. And I have used Cloud Climax, and always had great customer service - I like that Cloud Climax will ship to their warehouse first.

Also a few from Lucid Toys warehouse in Oxfordshire. Personally, I find Lucid a bit hit and miss, like 50% are a hit, 50% are a miss.

Otherwise, non-UK vendors/manufacturers I've had good experiences with: Real Love Sex Dolls, My Robot Doll, SM Doll.

Update on this as the OP was also asking about trustworthy doll accessories suppliers. , I received my order from Coeros the other day, It was a small box of cleaning /drying/ heating “tools” totaling about £200 they gave me a small discount for TDF membership. -Actually I only made the purchase based on their good reviews and general good reputation on TDF.
It took about 10 days to ship from China, they sent me a really comprehensive tracking link which as regularly updated and the delivery was accurately predicted. The outer packaging was slightly squashed but the contents were fine. I haven’t used any of the items yet but they appear to be well designed, well made and fit for purpose. So far it seems Coeros are as good as their reputation suggests. I will update once I have tried the stuff………………….

+1 each for Cloud Climax, The Doll House, and LucidToys, from personal experience. However beware the Lucid Lottery. The one doll I got from them had a V-gape wide enough to park my Volvo in, but I've had several heads I've been very happy with.

Other UK vendors with a good rep - I haven't used them but probably would - are Silicone Lovers and Kimberdoll. (My Kimber came second hand from a UKLDF'er).

Outside the UK I can also recommend Love and Vibes, and ValentinaGirls.

I've also used Pulse and Cocktails quite a bit, but I think their solid girls are overpriced and overweight. For me they're good for shopping for accessories.

Coeros are probably good, but my personal response to the disgraceful tangerine taco's "us first" is "you lot last and preferably never", so I'm unlikely to find out for a few years.
