Believe it or not, this picture of Danny is not AI. It was done in Paintshop. The doll was cut out from the background using a background removal tool and pasted onto a new background picture. The fangs are just a png image blended into the face using paintshop.
So all in all, no AI was involved, just hard work. But yes, she is not an actual doll made in the creepy venture, she is really quite a cute WM doll.
