Just a short review of my recent Firedoll Torso purchase from SxDolled.
I ordered this as a bit of an impulse buy, I have had quite a few torso dolls over the last decade or so but never had a Firedoll before and wanted to try one. it’s my third consecutive purchase from SxDolled (Australia) I seemed to have earned a discount voucher so this torso cost me just over £500, My instinct is usually to always purchase from a UK based vendor but having received perfect service from SxDolled previously I felt confident. Also as with any drop shipped doll I’m not really sure how significant the location of the vendor is provided they facilitate the shipping effectively.
As with my previous purchases Jerry was very prompt and helpful with responding to queries always friendly but professional - especially encouraging since SxDolled are something like a 10 hour time difference to the UK. This is of course what should be the industry standard but all too often with doll vendors enquiries seem to be ignored or not answered comprehensively.
My order took just under 4 weeks from payment to delivery to my doorstep. Tracking (FedEx) was effective and there were no delays or issues at all.
Firedoll are a budget focused doll brand and don’t offer extensive sophisticated options which suits me as I like to keep things simple. She arrived in the usual slightly knocked about looking box but the internal packaging although basic did its job perfectly effectively. Included was the typical cheap accessories and wig which seems nice quality.
She is all TPE with upgrades to gel breasts and articulated hands, The TPE blend is a very good compromise, it’s not so soft as to make areas like the hands unrealistic or damage prone but not stiff to be unpleasant or unyielding to the touch. I do have my doubts about whether the breasts are actually gel or if they are there doesn’t seem to be much gel involved- as they are not much softer than the rest of her. The TPE has a slight smell but it’s not unpleasant and its fading, there are no signs of excessive oily residue although there are very minor traces of powder so she was obviously powdered comprehensively before leaving the factory. Time will tell if the powder disappears and oil appears..
. I am very impressed with the hands and arms they move nicely and appear robust as well as appearing quite natural.
She doesn’t seem to have a waist joint so cannot twist her hips like more premium torso dolls do but as she’s quite short it’s not much of an issue.
Being a std all TPE head with no ROS its not possible to change her expression much but I quite like her as she is, I was quite surprised how detailed the face is for TPE.
Overall she seems amazing value for money. Firedoll appear to have economised in terms of features while maintaining quality where it is important. Of course it’s too early to tell what the longer term durability will be like but so far I can see nothing which could be considered a potential issue.
Her official name is “Elberta” which I am not too keen on- I am generally rubbish at naming my dolls so I welcome suggestions- I sort of think she could be an Eva or Ella, Ellie though…….

Anyway here are some photos which are a bit more interesting than my waffle…..

Wow!Firstly congrats. on your addition. I am truly impressed by Firedoll who seem to have created an almost perfect hand - the thumb is set below the fingers (at 90 degrees).

About Firedoll, sometime during 2024-25 I believe the two owners/partners parted, one continued with Firedoll the other started a new company 'Real Firedoll'

My Leonora is a Firedoll 168A.

I’m a Firedoll 166C (well, I’m supposed to be, but I’m clearly a little taller than that).

Yes I really can’t find anything negative about her at all, she is as well made as much more expensive dolls. Also keep in mind I am very poor at photos so she’s even nicer in real life. Firedoll seem to be very hard to improve on in terms of value for money. I wonder what the new “Real Firedoll” will be like?

Firedoll have worked hard at improving their dolls over the past couple of years. Jed absolutely loves me and reckons that if he was going to buy another TPE Doll, he would look at another Firedoll first

Yes, I love my three Fire dolls. Two are nearly 5yrs and still going strong despite the beginner handling they took from me. The other is just over 3 and in better condition thanks to experience with her first two sisters.
Apparently they were one of the first manufacturers to include boned hands on selected models of their earliest dolls.

She is a very nice doll. I never got in to torso’s personally but for ease of movement they are ideal.

The Firedoll torso is well made and a simple shape. This seems to be what Firedoll are good at, simple no frills no complication just a basic quality doll. The only downside for me is it’s quite a firm material blend. Definitely firmer than most of my other dolls and certainly firmer than 6YE and SM. From memory my SM in particular had amazingly soft boobies.
I think the Firedoll heads are the same TPE blend as the body so in theory it’s likely to be the same as your Firedoll head. Of course this firmer blend is a positive in terms of durability. The Firedoll torso does not have a hinged back like the larger more premium torsos do so that limits her movement but as she’s quite short it probably doesn’t make much difference anyway. The arms and hands are particularly good for a lower budget doll and the arms move nicely. Several of her fingernails have become detached as the glue doesn’t seem particularly effective.

Have you tried moving the eyes? I ask as all my Firedolls' eyes move easily. In fact out of all my dolls these eyes move the easiest. Just place your forefinger on the brow (above the eyebrow so you don't rub the makeup off, something I found out with my earlier dolls whose eyebrows I had to go over). Your thumb below the bottom eyelid and pull open the socket. To move the eye left, right or up and down use a steady forefinger, or the rubber end of a pencil. I have a tablet pen with a bulbous rubber end that I use. If the eyes look to wide after you've done this then gently push on the centre of the eyeball and the lids will close around it slightly. Sometimes I leave one wider than the other for a quizzical expression. Slightly cross eyed like the effects of an orgasm is fun. If you've got one of those type tongues off eBay she's blowing a raspberry, or just about to. Lol

Actually no I don’t think I have tried moving her eyes. Usually when I mess around with things like that I make them worse!
