TBH, I use superglue. If you buy a packet of false nails, they often come with small, double sided stickiness additions, that can be used to stick the nail to the finger.

Jedzed is right though.
I haven't yet had to replace nails on my TPE doll, but when I do I will no doubt use super glue.
