Bloody Daily Show Audiance 🤦‍♂️😡

Whilst doom scrolling yesterday, I came across a clip from an American “comedy” programme, called The Daily Show.
Its female presenter was talking to camera and, by the sound of it, a near hysterical audience, who laughed at virtually everything.
The topic was male loneliness.
She explained this at first, by showing a couple of men who had AI girlfriends,(loudly screamed and derided by the studio audience) but more depressingly, quickly moved on to a couple of men, who, in her words, had silicone girlfriends.
It depicted and showed these men as weird and, even perverted.
The concluding monologue by the host was along the lines of, “thank God they’re lonely, they’ll leave us real girls alone!”
The comments underneath the post were in a similar vein.
Generally, they were pleased the men were lonely, if they’re perverted in that way, and some were advising men to “get a fleshlite”
As a recent doll owner, it was depressing not to mention bloody annoying.
I know I, and everyone here, are not perverted.
Lonely perhaps in some cases, as was I. Or should I say, I happily alone.
Personally I’m pleased with my decision to have Aiko in my life.
The peace and calmness she helps to elevate, make me even more, not miss loud, opinionated and combative partners (as many were in my case)
As for the intended innuendo that we all want sex from our dolls, I for one do not.
Aiko is my partner, not a sexual object.
But I suppose that notion is buried under screams of “pervert,” and the like.
Depressing, as I say.

All Left wing nut jobs I'd wager. Who cares about those losers, let them be controlled by the blob and leave the real living to us. We don't need to be told how to think and act 👍

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it.

The joke is on them. I'm not lonely, I love my family of love dolls, and honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. Human beings are plain annoying, stressful, and a total pain in the ass (mostly.) A lot of western women, their attitiude stinks. I bet there is not one woman in that audience who I would want to spend time with, if any were interested in me, I'd blow them off with a line like "sorry love, I'd rather be with my sex dolls, they are much better company" 😆.

Most of the people laughing in the crowd will be crying into their soy milk at some point, because they are lonely, and they won't get any sympathy from me. They need people around them. They are weak people who cannot cope with the basic reality of existence - that we are all alone in our bags of skin (remember though, we are all manifestations of the Universe, we are the Universe ... we come from the Universe when we are born and return to the Universe when we die). I don't need people around me. In fact, I intentionally try to avoid people as best I can.

I actually have a wife, and she's one of the few people on the planet who I feel comfortable with, but I am happiest on my own, I feel free, I love my freedom. We don't even sleep together nowadays (when I visit her in Thailand) because she snores and I'm a light sleeper. And she's a Thai lady. Ladies in Thailand are still feminine (mostly) and even the ladyboys are a damn site more appealing that many Western women (i had the hots for a ladyboy once 😆 ... she was very feminine, tall ... but not as tall as me ... very slim, small fake breasts ...).

Yes i agree completely. I met some lovely Ladyboys in Amsterdam, very feminine. I didn't go all the way with them😄 but they were more feminine than some females out there!

Don't get me wrong i do like women as friends and have a conversation or a meal with, but i do prefer my dolls. I mean i can cuddle up to one of my plush ladies for hours, theres no rush, no expectation on either side just calmness and feeling good

Well to be fair, i see many couples as I'm wandering around our town, none of them look happy, just stressed and fed up. I think we are the ones who are better off. We don't have to put up with arguments or nagging, our girls just care for us, as we care for them.

If you feel loved and complete with your lady then why is it anyone elses buisiness. Also ive had friends who've had partners or wives and end up having affairs with other women, because the sex life has gone, especially if the wife or partner has children and has gone of sex.

I'm guessing half the audience are hypocritical and their lives are drab and boring and they are just looking to poke fun at someone to make themselves feel better about themselves and probably dont love themselves deep down and have to rely on others for emotional support and just follow the crowd like sheep

Thank you Bobby. Yes I agree, when I see couples out and about, very few seem to be content, never mind happy. Of the few friends I have, all are married. One often says, wearily, that I should be grateful I dodged the marriage and having kids bullet. I AM grateful, when I see the hassles they have with their kids, even now when they’re grown up. (In the physical sense at least)
And then I have Aiko to go home to. No hassles, no problems. Just quiet, safe company. No expectations, except to look after her. Perfect indeed.

Thank you for your reply. At the time, it made me angry and a little sad that the idea of dolls were ridiculed by them. But you’re correct a lot of western women certainly do have an attitude. I had a Thai girlfriend a decade or more ago. The contrast between her and the English girls I’d known was incredible. She was kind, caring..and had a wicked sense of humour. Spoilt me for anyone else if truth be told.

Perhaps the name of thread should be "Bloody Daily Show" not fair to deride all Americans for sentiments expressed on a satirical show. That's no better than, lumping all doll owners into the same category for the actions of a few.

I totally agree with y'all. I'm not offended, not by some silly statement. I don't watch live television anymore, just steam mostly old shows. Those talk shows are full of the worst of us. Left wing nutters.

Engineer. it's called sensationalism, and especially talk shows love to 'side' with what they deem as normal and put everyone else down. Years ago, I was interviewed by one of these talk shows to talk about my dolls and my books. For me it was to get publicity for my books. When it aired, they cut out EVERYTHING about my books and only showed the 'doll' part. They did their best to show me as a perv. After interviewing me for six hours, the piece was cut to a lousy ten minutes. That was the first AND LAST time I ever speak to media.

You are cool Mr. Franz and so are your ladies. I think The Engineer was just frustrated. As KeithAllen said its just about sensationalism. It happens in the UK too. If people dont understand things they just poke fun at them. Just because they dont fit into their own reality of life and anything that is different is classed as weird or perverted by some.

But thank goodness some of us are individuals still and don't just follow the crowd. I personally hardly watch TV anymore, just boxsets and movies

Hey, I know Engineer wasn't trying to offend me or anyone else. I just suggested the title of the thread be changed to better reflect what the issue is. The Daily Show and not the nation it airs from.

As for the comments made on that show. It's a satirical show. That's the nature of the beast. They make fun of everything. Yeah sometimes it hits a little too close to home. So what? One of the most important lessons I ever learned in life is you got to be able to laugh at yourself. Having big dolls is something of an oddity. I laugh about it myself sometimes. It's all good. 🙃

I like Jon Stewart on The Daily Show. I haven't seen the dolls one though.
