Why a love Doll Look Cry

Have you ever looked at a love doll and felt like its expression was almost emotional?

The eyes, the slightly lowered eyebrows, and even the shape of the lips can create a “sad” or tearful look—even though it’s just a carefully designed expression.

It is rather a pity that "we" do not naturally smile.
Looking sad or horrified at our role is perhaps not the best look for us.

I always think Naomie has a happy face. And
she sure makes me happy. Naomie is the most kissable doll I own, I love her big African lips.

My Julia has a slight grin depending on the viewing angle and lighting. Some times though she appears to be pouting. However at times when I touch her and look at here I can swear I see her crack a smile.

The realness of that face is uncanny!

It is kinda funny. I’ve never been bothered about hyper realism in dolls. I love dolls that simply look like dolls. But my desire to have a black lady, and I couldn’t find the right one on the market, and getting a custom head based off photos of a beautiful Spanish (parents from Senegal) Olympian, seems to have created one of the most realistic doll faces I’ve ever seen.

just curious, where are such customs heads ordered - I suppose that's companies specialized on such niches only, like hyper-realism, right?

Naomie came from SM Doll. There were a few reasons I went with SM Doll: 1) I wanted a black doll and I’d seen a black SM Doll previously 2) I have a good relationship with Star (the SM Doll representative on TDF) 3) They had a thread on TDF advertising they could do custom dolls (custom doll faces and custom doll bodies).

I think most of the manufacturers would do custom doll faces. Coeros seem to be quite popular at the moment (not a doll manufacturer but they will do custom doll faces.) I reckon Normondoll would do a great job because their background was making waxworks (like Madame Tussaud’s) and I’ve seen some amazingly real heads from them.

It is not cheap though. Naomie’s custom doll face put about £2500 on top of the price of the silicone doll (custom doll face, custom skin tone, weight reduced SM 156A and options cost around £5500 - I thought I was crazy doing that but I am very happy with the outcome, worth every penny.)

Naomie is so beautiful (I REALLY LOVE ❤️ her long, braided hair) - and I’m sure she’s lots of fun too. I think we would be great friends 🥰😍
