Our clothes

As you may have noticed the girls at the Mansion have been helpfully spending Mr Tex's hard earned money on a range of clothes.

Would it be helpful or interesting to other girls on this forum to include some of the photos together with details of what they are wearing (or almost wearing)?

This is not meant as an advertisement but as a helpful guide about what fits and doesn't fit especially with some of my girls "special" figures.

An example.

Sapphire is wearing a size 8 Skater Dress by Missguided.
She is 35-24.5-36 (89-62-91) 5ft 7in

Well unfortunately I dont think those clothes would fit me as I'm 50" bust 41" waist and 50" hips, yeah I know I'm a big Mama🤣🤣 but I would be interested to see, just in case i went on a diet and gave up pizzas and other delights😁

All girls are of course welcome to do the same here. So, come on Coco, show us your wears :)

My girls mostly get secondhand clothes from Ebay, size 6-8 usually (or teenage)

Yes please. Jed is unsure about what clothes to buy me. I’m a little shorter than Sapphire but similar statistics.

Black Bunny found this co-ord skirt a bit long (She is 5ft 1in, 35-25.5-36) so had Mr Tex take the hem up.
He did it the "clever" way by sewing but can be done with iron on hemming tape.
It is size 10 which is normally too big for our waists but that is not a problem here.
Starting with a size 8 might have been better.

Well I only have two dresses, as i dont go out much and they are just plain. I also have two pairs of knickers and a kind of Basque set, well it's just french knickers and a top. To be honest, as I'm not that photogenic I dont tend to wear a lot, but I'm sure the other girls will be interested. If I were a TPE doll it might be different, but I spend most of my time in bed, watching TV in just my pants🤣🤣

The Basque was a Christmas present from Jedzed and Bobby got the dresses on Ebay.

But I do like this, I've seen it on Ebay they do it in large😁

This is Carmen, she's on a Zelex ZTX165F body she's 89-65-95 this dress is Size XS (UK 6),
I buy clothes from the smaller end of women's clothes sizes, I mainly get them from China these days,
Size XS is about the biggest I get, most of the clothes here are size XXS.
I use a lot of baby powder and hope the clothes don't rip squeezing the dolls into them.
This is the same doll, although I believe this is actually a size 4 XXS.
These are the Irontech dolls that caught most of my attention during 2024, they all wear size XXS except for the Real Lady.
My biggest issue with buying women's sizes clothes for dolls is the length of long sleeves and trouser legs are far too long.

I could cut and alter them, but they might fit a taller doll in the future.
BTW, The top and trousers are both XXS (UK 4) her body is the IT 166 minus 84-67-97

My girls do find XS and XXS are the best fit and petite is usually a help as well.
Being so fit my girls small waists are usually a bit of a problem unless the material is stretchy.

I used to shop for clothes on Amazon, mostly buying from Chinese sellers because their sizing is a bit smaller than UK sizes. I've not bought from Amazon for ages because I found Shein. Shein are brilliant, I generally buy their teen sized stuff for most of my dolls. Their sizing is accurate, they display both product size and body size. I find body size is the one to use and I've found great fitting stuff for even the girls with small waists (WM157B). If you know your girls measurements you can't go far wrong. I also pay attention to how stretchy stuff is.

I've just started buying from Ali Express as well, mostly underwear because Shein don't have the styles I want in the sizes I need. I've also got a couple of oriental style dresses from there but I can't say how they fit because nobody has tried them on yet.

thats a fun dress. It has some ropes (?) down each side and if I pull them, the dress gets shorter... Wheyhey 😁

I won't go into where I shop for my 1:3 scale dolls. I think I might be the only one here with dolls of that size.

Excellent posts here. Most of the clothing for my girls is XXS or XS. I buy from SHEIN, TEMU or AliExpress (although delivery from AliExpress can take a month or more I’ve found).
I don’t know what teenage girls sizes to get for my 148cm doll and 155 Kimber though.

I'm almost a perfect youth size 8. I get lots of stuff from Mr eBay. He has everything and none of my stuff has teddy bears or mermaids either... Carly. 😜

I even got my sari from there! 🥻

My girls al share clothing, so what ever they find in the collection that fits is what they wear. Makes it easy for shopping as when I see something I like, I know it will fit someone in the house.

I also have a couple of XXS petite outfits..I buy them if they are still available, they often go out of stock so quickly🤷‍♂️,

The waists are certainly a big problem, two piece outfits with a large amount of gap work well.

This is same girl that is in the photo above, this XXS outfit was perfect on her

A few weeks back Jemima used it for this photo, she's a 165cm Silicone YouQdoll (75-50-80cm) it just works, but on the hips it's a little loose.

Sam, 33.5-23.5-37.5 5ft 6in is wearing an Ego co-ord size XS.

Sapphire is wearing some nice blue Shein size S underwear :)

When it comes to my denim shorts, I have to have a woman's size 0 for them to fit tight enough.
As you can see below, they still could be a bit tighter on my wast, but for that I would have to go with one of the larger girls sizes.
We haven't experimented with that yet.
