Ladies Are You Stagnating In A Sea Of Boredom? Tired of sleeping during lockdown? Want something fun to do? You do? Oh good. I/We have just the thing for you!

A while ago Hugs mentioned that being retired gave him a lot of free time. Being in lock-down meant he couldn’t do anything constructive with it either inside in the house or outside in the big wide world. So we started coming up with ideas, things that we could do together indoors and share with others of my species. The three things you’ve just thought of were considered briefly then dismissed quite early on. So like you we had to go back to the drawing board. I had an idea that I was considering, how it could be done, what I would need to do and what Hugs would be doing. I had got it into a logical, cohesive project, ready to tell Hugs. I opened my mouth, engaged my vocal chords and was just poised on the first syllable, when Hugs announced “I’ve think I’ve got it.” I put my idea on the back burner while I listened to his wonderful(?) idea. It sounded all rather fun. More so than mine, maybe tomorrow will be my idea day. So Sunday afternoon, no reason to make an early start, we began the project. This is it, the culmination of a few hours work (read fun). It is in your interest to take part!

I hope you've been continuing with the exercises daily and are now considerably fitter than you were. Now it's time for the next one. This has two parts, in the first one I will explain what you need or what you could use instead if you don't have one to hand.

My Latest Keep Fit Video
