Yes great photos Elina. I haven't been to Chedder since I was a youngster either. I think I visited there in the late 70s and remember staying near Taunton and having too much scrumpy🤣

It was Friday 13 December 2024, around 13.00, Elina was busy reading her latest novel, Rosina was sleeping or so she claimed and I was bored. Then I had an idea. I got together everything I needed and set off. I drove to Cheddar with the camera on the tripod secured by the seat belt. No where as good as Elina is for holding it upright, but I managed. The result is this: A video of both the village (often ignored as no-one seems to know where it is) and an up and down trip through the gorge. I've put the film on YT and here it is, I hope you enjoy it!

Fantastic location. I can imagine a 360 camera on top of the car so you can look round more!

Now it's strange you should mention that.... So today I went for a trip to cheddar and here's a link, place your mouse curser on the 'X' on the road and you will move to that viewpoint. However to move back again you have to turn around, go to the previous 'X' and then turn back again. To look up or down, place your curser on the image, then with the left button held down move in the desired direction. Easy. Oh my, what fun you can have on a Sunday!

Yea google maps is cool.
