Oh yeah I've got a great one here from the Jobcentre. I'd only just seen my Job Coach the other day.

Then I have to have a telephone call asking me what I'm doing to find work, by one of the management. So I answer the call tell her about the latest jobs and she asks me if I've ever worked in security or Stewardship work, because apparantly there is a Security company that are looking for staff for events like Rugby matches, concerts, and major festivals and motor racing like Silverstone.

Well to begin with I can't drive to get to these places, so I'd have to get trains or public transport and some of the places are miles away, some even in Scotland. That's fine if the Jobcentre or the company are going to refund my travel, but no I have to pay to get to these events, sometimes just for the weekend, obviously it's not a full time job and that's part of my Job commitment to find full time work, at least 35 hours a week, so I'd have to pay to get to these events with my benefits money, then if I am working, they will take money off me if I'm on benefits, so I'll end up in a worse state than before!

And this is Management asking me about this, not a trainee Job coach🤣🤣

Also my Job Coach has been changed again after she told me that she was my permanent job coach and she was going to do all these things for me which we discussed.

I give up🤣🤣 its sounds funny, but it's not really, I am supposed to look for full time work 35 hours or more a week and have to sign a commitment to say this, otherwise I can loose my benefits😯

Thea is at work, so I've been roped in to help the Bobster out with some questions to help him, but being the brain box of our household I did some research😁

And no there won't be any questions about Jaffa cakes or Welsh cakes ( I've become quite fond of them )

Well of course Miss Valentina,

The situation was that we had recieved a huge delivery and the Management wanted it finished before the store opened in the morning

So my task was too get my section filled with stock as quick as possible. I gave myself a time limit to get my stock out on to the shelf and not to face up that evening or try and clear any backstock. That could be done on a less busier night.

So I managed to complete my task and then moved on to another section to help my colleague out to finish his section, and we worked well as a team.

I and my colleagues stayed on for an hour extra to finish the job, racking away in the warehouse, but the result was the main delivery was completed and there were no cages on the shop floor when we opened

Thankyou Mr. Bo, so you showed you had initiative and logic and didnt just stand around after completing your section waiting for your Supervisor to tell you what to do next😁

Yes there was a situation where a work colleague had an issue with me, obviously I try to get on with whoever I work with in a positive way.

But I gave myself the task of resolving the conflict, as it was affecting productivity, so the action I took was to try and arrange a meeting after the shift with my line Manager and my coworker to resolve it.

In the meeting I asked in a calm manner what her problem was with me and if there was anything that i had done to upset her or irritate her. She became very defensive and I just stated that I wanted to clear up any misunderstanding or issues she had with me, so that we could work together amicably.

In the end she said it was a situation at home that was the problem, not so much me and she was tired and irritable.

The result was the situation was resolved in a positive way and she took some time out to sort her situation out at home. When she returned to work she was a lot happier and she and I became friends

That's wonderful, so you are mature enough not to let conflict get out of hand.

Okay well I'd like to offer you the position at Mcvities, as my Undermanager, now I want to welcome you to the company. I'm going to sit on your lap, give you a big hug and kiss and feed you with some samples of our delicious biscuits if that's Okay with you.

You will be on 50k per annum with productivity bonuses, the more productive you are with me, the more you earn. Also we will also give you a place to live, a house share with me🤣🤣😍🥰
