What does black eye pea soup taste like? Just curious. Are they different than normal peas? The green variety. Ive heard of the Black eyed peas ( a music group )

Well they have a musty smell, but they're kinda good. More bean than pea actually. Supposed to be good luck to eat them on new years. 🫘

I don't do Jaffa cakes anymore, im more a bourbon biscuit girl these days. £5 thats a bit steep😯. They are on offer in Sainsburys for £3 for a whole box🤣🤣
