Not sure what I can do about repairing these on a Tantaly Britney 2.0 TPE doll.
The doll is just over one year old and I think I may have separated the outer skin from the inner bulk when I lightly removed some marks with a nylon bristle nailbrush and soapy water.
Tantaly say the damage is only slight and offered me a bottle of lube as a compensation as it is beyond guarantee, despite careful handling.
Intimate positioning in use has not caused the areas to be rubbed at all.

Heat gun and retexturing?

Oh dear — if some of the outer skin has been removed, then it may be gone for good. However, I recommend speaking to someone knowledgeable about this kind of repair. Try contacting Phil at The Dollhouse — send him an email and see what he says.

TPE blends change from manufacturer to manufacturer, blends have also got softer over the years, many brands have changed tpe recipes to make them more cost effective. I don't do many TPE repairs these days, most of my disasters involve silicone girls not fully understanding the concept of standing still while hold my camera and decide to dive off set while I'm taking the photo.... Anyhow, a few weeks back, I decided to have a move around, in the process I tried to repair 4 of my TPE dolls, the 3 older 2018-2020 dolls were difficult repairs but made simple because I knew roughly the temp to set the heat gun to, the other newer soft blend tpe doll was a nightmare and was melting before I got the heat gun near to her.

So yes, that is repairable, it needs a heat source (heat gun) to carefully melt it, although what temp you would need to set it to is a bit of an unknown..
