In my experience responses can be extremely slow. It's not unheard of to go two months between confirmation and factory photos, then another two months for delivery. I haven't dealt with Kimber though.
Kimber is not made to order and is not available with any non standard options - she she is sold from stock, usually from whichever warehouse is nearer or most cost efficient to ship her from, there are no factory photos provided for any one specific customer order. so typically there should be almost no wait time, they used to say they dispatched within one day and the customer would get her in about 3-4 days. I am unsure of the current exact situation with the changes in their UK warehousing but I wouldn’t expect it to be a long waiting time at all. If they are not responding to email or telephone enquiries that sounds like a different issue.
