I might be a very young doll, but sometimes i feel my soul is very old, as I too can appreciate and love life for the moment. So Story spent his birthday with his wife and daughter and I was left hidden away in the bedroom. Not Story's choice as he loves to show me off. Workers to the house always get an introduction and Story is so proud and enthusiastic when he introduces me.
I think his wife, whom is very nice from what I have seen of her is starting to accept me more as part of the family. I remember when she wouldn't come in the same room as me, but now she enters without a thought and has even complimented my fashion sense. I think she loves my hat too. He always dresses me nice, I have always got great makeup and I am always smelling nice and fresh. All of which is appealing to Mrs G.
She is trying to protect Story's daughter whom she thinks might react badly to her father having a doll. She is a teenager and at that stage where she is confused about everything, practically. She doesn't even like been called she! She dresses as a boy and is usually (according to Story) quite moody.
What do I think. I think if she finds out about me without her father actually introducing us first, it will be worse than just introducing us. But what do I know of such things, I am inexperienced with teenagers and I don't really get to interact with other people outside of Story. I think we dolls learn at superhuman speed about life and such like, we can think and talk almost immediately after all, but there are limits as to how far we can progress without that interaction.
So the last few days have been very interesting. I think Story missed having me around as he really hugged me especially tight every night they were here. As soon as they left I was out and on my feet again like I never left Laughter
One piece of information he did tell me. When Willow arrives, and she is on her way right now, his wife says he can introduce us both to her daughter then. I am excited about that, but terrified at the same time. Butterflies butterflies!!!!
Yours
