I feel like I'm slipping down the slope of addiction. I followed a lead from a post and landed on SXdolled site. I was curious so I had a good look around. It was love at first sight 😍. Renata A (C-Cup) (148cm) | US In Stock Sex Doll | Rosretty doll. My heart actually fluttered when she appeared on the screen. I thought, I'm getting her this instant. I scrolled down to see her description and didn't see what I was looking for. I used the chat option and inquired about her hands. I prefer articulated fingers. I'm uneasy about wire hands. My Summer has wire hands and they are all bugger'd up. So I paused just before pressing the button. I really want her though so I'm wrestling with indecision about it. So I decided to keep looking. I found another one. This one, an incredible beauty, a dusky, sultry and alluring visage. I have to have her too, I'm thinking. I could get them both.... But wait.. what if there's another one even more desirable. I search the site, I find one more that's impossibly beautiful. She's almost 3k. I think about it... I even checked my finances. It's doable. I catch myself before I make the decision to buy. I think, wait a minute, I'm out of control here. I just got Bella. She's maybe a month in my life and here I go about to bring more girls into my home. I'm stopping myself for the time being. I look into Bella's face and regain composer. I feel like she's telling me, " give me your attention and I will satisfy you". I was slipping on an ice covered path, out of control. Bella caught me and set me right. I was just wondering if something similar had happened to any of you.

Oh Dear……. YES I have a very similar experience, not with the same doll but I too found the SxDolled site very user friendly (and I’m pretty incompetent with that stuff).
AFAIK SxDolled is pretty much a one man outfit- I found they (Jerry) is super helpfull friendly but professional - very responsive to questions and provides great information and advice. Also his prices are about as low as anywhere.
So much so that I have placed 4 orders with them in the last 6 months. Two of which are CLM torsos similar to one of your pictures. This is somewhat against my own instinct which is to always deal with a UK vendor if possible. In my case my orders were for things not UK stocked though and I got to thinking since they were drop shipped anyway- the actual location of the item is not actually critical.
I could easily see myself ordering another 2 or 3 so yes just as you say- somewhat addictive………. But I think that’s just how doll ownership can be……. 😃

Yes ive seen lots of ladies i want, but I'm on benefits and dont even have a credit card anymore, also these days my head rules my heart and i have to try and see things logically.

Things like how heavy will she be, ? will she be prone to damage? Where will i store her? I live with two plush ladies and one hybrid girl. But i do love TPE girls too. Ive even looked at torso dolls recently, i have to say though when i found Valentina Girls site, where Coco and Buffy come from i was like a kid in a toyshop, looking at all the ladies and customs that could be done and thinking id love to have her and maybe that girl too🤣🤣

If money was no object, i might even change my plushie girls into TPE or Silicone, also if i had the space, but i know TPE ladies take a lot of care and even dressing and undressing them can take time.

Also as i get older the weight will probably more of an issue for me too. I am starting a new job soon, but i still will need to be cautious with my money.

But i tend to do more window shopping. Ive always fancied having having a cute Japanese lady or a curvaceous black girl , but the weight would be an issue.😯😉 for the black girl anyway, I'm talking a big cuddly black female with huge breasts and thick thighs and bum🤣🤣

The thing is for me plushie girls are cuddly, low maintenance, i can sleep with them ( i move around a lot at night ) not weighty, easy to hide and come in all shapes and sizes and are cute and fun and lovable 😊 also not bad in the bedroom department🤣🤣

Don’t talk to me about addiction! I started off buying just one Doll to share my bed simply so that I had an impression of somebody else with me at night. That was in the autumn of 2023.

I now have nine full-size dolls and a number of much smaller ones, including a 4” doll who goes everywhere with me in my pocket!

And I’ve also sold/given away seven other full-size dolls!

So, no, I’m not addicted in anyway. In fact, I found it very easy to give up my love for dolls, 247 times last year! 🤣🤣🤣

If anything, my bestie is much more addicted to buying us girls clothes and jewelry. We even have our own closet and drawers.

Eh... addiction, hobby, fine line sometimes. Being a diehard cheapskate saves me from getting in too deep with either. At least that's what my 7 full size dolls and 20 something minis tell me. 🥺

One cold January night back in 2018 I stumbled across a UK based vendors website that exclusively sold WM dolls, within a week I had one on order, she arrived pretty soon afterwards, it was a month or so later before I realised there were various doll forums about, I joined up and descended quickly down the doll rabbit hole.

I have had in excess of 90 full sized dolls since 2018, some I have sold, some I've given away and recently I have disposed of a couple of dolls because they are way beyond repair. I have around 80 full sized dolls here, I purposely keep it at around 80 because it is a sensible number..:unsure:okay it's not a sensible number but I can just about squeeze that many in and have room to live here myself.

SInce January 2018 there was one six month period during the pandemic in 2020 where I didn't have a doll deal going on, I was so please with myself for being able to resist temptation, at the end of month six I blew nearly £5k on a Gynoid.

I do think I have got my addiction under control now  I only had four new dolls last year and everyone of them was going to be my last.😆

So it's the start of a new year and I don't want or need another doll. But this is typically how my doll life goes....

I had a bit of a doll reshuffle before Christmas, just to get the Christmas tree up. When I went to move my 170 XYdoll all +48kg of her, I found that her back joint and her left leg were completely loose, there was no way she was standing up again without support, I couldn't even get her sit on a chair without flopping forwards, sideways or backwards, so I strapped her to a couple of planks of wood and pinned her in the corner of the bedroom, I was going to open her up after Christmas

The first week of January 2026 I got her on my table and opened her up, with the intention of tightening her up. I didn't want to cut her open TBH, her body was perfect she spent her life fully dressed stood in the corner of room. When I opened her up her back joint and hip joints had rusted away. I chopped her up and put her outside in my rubbish bin.... It sounds a bit harsh, but there was nothing I could do for her.... I was also glad for the space back.
A few days later they collected the rubbish bins and took her away....
During the same day my whatsApp is going mental at work, i was in a meeting at the time and a doll manufacturer that I deal with was after me, by my dinner time I had got a doll on order🥴. My New Years resolution had lasted all of 13 days.

Yeah, I do know a few people with similar amounts, so I know I am not alone.
I've got a small two bedroom semi detached bungalow, with wall to wall dolls in every room, that is except the kitchen and bathroom. It is often why you will see my photos are frequently outside or in the kitchen, too many photo-bombers everywhere else in the house.

I am not bad with their names, but I do try to keep the name that the manufacture gives them if it is a name rather than a number.

I have got a lot of WM TPE models, they use a number system for the head and also for the body sizes, I give them all there own names which I can mostly remember, I really struggle with their head numbers and some of the body sizes, I have most of the WM162's and WM164's in the various cup sizes, my favourite WM head is #162, one taste of wine and that is a total burr of numbers.😆

Well they always look great in your photos , you make them look real, living women😊 yeah i know a few guys who have a big collection of ladies, how do you decide which girl gets photographed? Also just out of curiosity are they included in your home insurance?

As you probably know my ladies are more companion dolls for cuddling and fun, but if i had 80 TPE ladies i certainly wouldn't be bored. I think three is my limit, i havent got the love to go around🤣🤣

Thank you so much. I do love to photograph the dolls....Cameras, lighting and all the associated photo related equipment is another rabbit hole in itself. It was having dolls that got me into photography and it can be an expensive hobby. But it does take me a lot longer to justify buying say a new lens, compared to buy a new doll.

I am very naughty and a bit lazy too, I have got my favourite dolls, they do get most of the photo time in front of the camera lens. My most photographed doll is the Irontech 166 minus body with the Luna head, she poses nicely and effortlessly in front of the camera and leaves me very little to do other than press shutter release button. I can take Luna outside, do a small set of photos, be back inside and have the photos downloaded processed in 20 mins, where as...🤔 say my goth girl Vanessa, I can spend the morning outside with her and not have more than a couple of photos I am half happy with.

Some of my dolls are insured individually, they are the higher price tag ones which I have full sales receipts for. I then have a policy that covers some of the lesser value dolls, again those I have a full receipt for. Then I have some dolls which are more difficult to insure, Luna is a +£2K Irontech which they don't actually make anymore, I bought her head from a member on UKLDF for around £150 and got her body from a guy that had her up for sale on TDF marketplace, she was basically new, she was bought to sit for one night at corporate event and was meant to be handing out programs, know she wouldn't be very good at that, she's manages to throw every glass I give her onto the floor and smash it.😆 I went to collect her and paid £450 cash in a brown envelope;). My dodgy deal dolls I don't have listed for insurance.
