U.K. shop advice

Hay all .
Just a wee question if anyone can help. Has anyone used Cloudclimax to purchase dolls ive not uesd the site before and wanted to find out if there a good site before i order.

Cloud Climax is an excellent option, though it can be a bit on the pricey side. Most of their dolls are made to order. They handle shipping from the country of origin to their facility, where they inspect the doll to make sure everything is in order. They also take care of all import paperwork and border controls, so there’s nothing for you to worry about.

They even use their own contracted delivery trucks to bring the doll directly to you once it arrives (at a cost).

I purchased three dolls via CC; you pay more than many other vendors, but the customer service is really good; in fact, they will even do minor repairs to a doll if the shipping affects it (e.g., repainting smudged makeup). They also deal with the manufacturer if there's anything wrong with the doll, so you don't have to.

I agree with the previous comments - CC are typically around 30% more expensive for the same doll available from other vendors but they make a point of focusing on their “premium “ service, They also have their own dedicated delivery service vehicle so no worries about UPS or FedEx chucking your doll around like they don’t care, Obviously this service comes at a price- CC are about the most expensive doll vendor in the UK and Europe.
I feel I should mention that CC were always very responsive and helpful to queries but something seemed to change suddenly about a year ago, when I enquired about an in stock doll I either got a response from a hopeless chat bot or (presumably) a real person who’s answers seemed very vague or almost evasive. They also didn’t answer their phone or respond to phone messages I left. It was very frustrating as at the time I was on holiday (at home) and was planning to buy the in stock doll that week.
To be fair of course this could have been a total one off as plenty of customers have only had positive experiences. It put me off them though - but it worked out well for me as due to my annoyance I searched online and found the same doll elsewhere much cheaper even as a custom order, of course I had to wait for her though..

The other night on Lovehoney they listed a couple of air babes , a Carly swivel hip Teddy Babe and a silicone girl , so they are lower in their stock .

Bought a couple of dolls from cc. As others have said might be slightly more expensive but they kept me regularly updated and the delivery was excellent. Takes the worry out of custom issues and problems with the product ect.
