Lots of yummy flavours, just look at them folks!

Delicious 😋 - and to think they were originally designed as weapons to be fired across Offa’s Dyke at the marauding Saxons! 🤣

Also while visiting Jed. He took us to a great little cafe in Pembrokshire called Niccis Yard. She has won lots of awards and focuses on Gluten free cakes. I had a hot chocolate and some type of chocolate and caramel cake, it was delicious. I cant remember the exact village, but it is well worh a visit😃

Also for the best Crab or Lobster sandwiches in Tenby, try Simply Seafoods in the harbour, freshly caught crab and lobster, again yummy done in sandwiches or rolls, not cheap but tasty!

She’s won Gold in the national “Free From” awards a number of times now, beating the likes of Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury. Everything is gluten-free and lactose-free.

In the village of Llanddewi Velfrey - on the A40 just a couple of miles after you cross from Carmarthenshire into Pembrokeshire
