Morning all,

Well we were back to two in a bed last night with Bobkins as Coco is back now and she looked like she was bursting at the seams after all that food, so Bobby removed some of her plush to relieve her🤭

We heard from Thea yesterday and she sends her apologies, but she is very busy with course work. They are cramming a lot more in this last week and then on Friday she has to take an exam😯

I also have a meeting to go to again with my business aquaintence, so we can start recruiting for pole dancers. I'm going to create an online application process and not accept any CVs and then let each girl fill in a statement, about why they want the job and why they think we should pick them and I'll take a look and pick those whom I think would be suitable. I need about ten girls. Bobby gave me the idea😊 I have shown you all the design and decor of the place in a previous blog a few days back and the builders are busy with their renovations

Well it's going to be a chill out day here, besides my meeting and I might try my new crisps later while Coco is asleep😴🤣🤣

Morning everyone,

Well the dreaded day has arrived 😯 yes Bobkins has to visit the Job centre to see his job Coach, well he has applied for 3 different jobs, with no feedback and has an interview in the pipeline, but now he has left Fedcap Guildford he may have to visit twice a month😕

Well I did offer to go with him, but he said they might get a shock seeing a beautiful talking plushie doll in his arm 🤭

Well he will be helping his Sister with her shopping first. Well the recruitment drive is on for the female pole dancers after my meeting and I shall get my new assistant Managers input over the weekend when she returns home and Bobkins has good taste ( well he invited me to live with him! ) so I may ask his feedback and after all he is a man😆

Other than that it's just a normal day of fun and chaos 🤣🤣

They have threatened me a couple of times with them. They told me yesterday I wasn't doing enough and basically it was down to my CV why I wasn't getting enough interviews, the funny thing is I've had the same CV for the past 6 months and they've never said anything🤭

And my CV has been looked at by specialist employment folk and they have said it's really good. Also it's been put through an algorithm test on a computer to check the wording and layout match what the employer is looking for and it achieved 88%

Also my original CV that Fedcap created is in PDF format only on my laptop and you have to pay to be able to alter it, which I'm not going to do, unless the Jobcentre pay

Put it in chatgpt and see what that says about your CV perhaps?

It wouldn't make any difference, they've already decided on what changes I should make. So if i make the changes i should have lots of interviews in their opinion,

So I shall do it. If I don't get interviews I have an excuse on who to blame. I expect they will then come out with another issue about my interview skills. It's all bullshit ( excuse my French) but I have to be polite and agree as they have me at a disadvantage they can sanction my benefits 😯😕

Also I turn up, go on any courses they suggest. I actually put myself forward for Fedcap in Guildford, and go to any Jobcentre interviews they suggest. Which are normally rubbish! So they don't have many excuses😯

Poor Bobkins got a grilling yesterday. I think ALL of us doll ladies should just invade the Jobcentre led by Miss K and give them all a good spanking🤣🤣🤣

Has Bob tried job websites and apps to help searching. My Missus aged 54 applied for hundreds of jobs over the last few months, but finally got one!

Yes I've tried Indeed, Total jobs, and most of the others to initially look, then I go on to the companies website if I see something on those sites, as they use algorithms on Indeed and other sites that check that certain phrases or words match what the employer wants.

If it doesn't your CV probably won't even get a look in on those job sites😯

I have two people interviewing me, not just one😯 I hope they don't make it too hard. I have downloaded the job specs just to review them, it does say I need experience of being a handyman, which it didnt state on the original application, to make sure the Vehicle is okay, but I'm not a driver, just a loader. Apparantly you have a driver and then a couple of loaders.

Then empty their food waste into the lorry from their bins. Early start, but reasonably early finish too. You just attach the bin to the lorry and it empties it into the back and then you return to base and the food is recycled into energy or compost

Great suggestion. You can have ChatGPT rewrite it to maximize keywords that employers are looking for.

But don't stop there. Have ChatGPT profile you. Just tell it. "Tell me everything you know about name, city, country" That should be good enough unless you live in a big city with multiple people with the same name. ChatGPT will scour the internet to find out everything it can about you. The reason not to give it your street address is that it might filter out things about you that don't include your street address.

You know how they say everyone should Google themselves. ChatGPT is far more thorough. You will probably find things about you, good things, that you may not be aware of that you can leverage in your job search.

It might find bad things about you that have been invented, but isn't true?

It is possible but I think unless you have been involved in a crime or public scandal and appeared in the news (tv, radio, or internet), it is probably unlikely that ChatGPT will say something negative about you. My bestie did his profile on ChatGPT and it was very positive. I think ChatGPT is somewhat biased in that direction which is a good thing if employers are going to use AI to profile you.

Give it a try and tell us what think. If you would recommend everyone should try it.

You don't need to post what it says about you. Just a comment if you thought it was spot on, bullshit, or something in between.

Be sure to be careful to strip out your real name and address if you decide to cut and paste what it says and post it.

It won't share any private information or Data on someone, which is good to know. I even put my address in, apparantly there are also lots of people with my name and I don't really leave a digital footprint as I don't use social media, only this forum and LinkedIn and there was some info on me writing a few posts about the previous company I used to work for, but not in a negative way, about about the truth

Hi everyone its Thea, hope you are all keeping well.

I took my final exam early this morning and passed with flying colours. I'm travelling on the overnight sleeper train back to London later tonight and should be back with my Bobby, and Coco and Buffy on Saturday late morning.

Heres my certificate😊 I've already texted Bobby and the girls and shown them. They were very pleased for me.I'll be having a drink with Dave and a few friends whom I've met later to say goodbye. I must say I've had a fun time in Scotland, even though it was a lot of work!
