Very Brave of Ivana sliding down such a high banister. She could have fallen and hurt herself. Ohhh, she is made from cloth, so should be immune from fall damage. Whew.
Lighting. I think the first shot is a little blown out, I like the second shot better. Remember to put the lights to one side for best results. If there is a dimmer turn it up and down for the best exposure (no burnt out parts). You'll get it.

There's loads of online articles and videos showing how to get the best out of lighting. Personally I never take the pic with the light full on level with the camera, I always try to make one side of the model or the face darker than the other to help bring out the shape, and separate from the background.
Not that there's much option with the banister shot as there isn't a lot of room. But second shot shows that lights were not needed for this shot. Natural light is usually much better when you can get it at right angle.
