So, I can`t seem to work this one out. When I posted a request for help on choosing the right lady doll, I was given a lot of great tips. One of which was to be cautious with regards to height and breast size as this can cause issues with Boarder `Farce`. Now the thing is, that is how I like my ladies, slim, petite with breasts on the less ample side. So, I've been looking at Mini dolls. But now I`m holding dack at the thought of having it confiscated due it could be deamed as having childlike features, causing endless pain and left substantuatly out of pocket. My question is: where is the line drawn between a smaller frame and smaller breats. Can anyone shed some light on this please? Regards, Waggy.

There are limits as to what you can have in the UK. The best way of staying sane is to buy a doll from a reputeral dealer such as the Doll-house or a number of others. Find the doll you want on their site and let them worry about getting it imported into the UK. Simple as that.

148cm(about 4foot 10inches) in height is legal minimum, but if you get that with small breasts and young face it can still fail to pass if deemed to be child like, if your worried about customs I would suggest looking at Lucid Doll, their sugarbabe range has a lot of 148s some B and C cup. all are in stock in UK already.

Other companies will ship in for you like Dollhouse, Silicone Lovers(UK) and cloud Climax(UK) my fav, not cheapest just great to deal with. and all their stock is legal, though that doesn't mean ensured easy passage if they are borderline young. These companies do have some UK in stock but not lots, far more EU in stock.

My latest purchase is a 153cm so 2inches over minimum but has petite figure and young face(though I want the 2nd head(Maria) more, thing is the original head keeps growing on me. but there is still a risk it fails at customs hate not to get it.

Sadly it’s not as straightforward as it could be. The legal UK minimum height requirement for sexually capable dolls is 148cm but most reputable UK vendors don’t sell anything below 150cm which provides a small safety margin. However a doll can still be considered “child like” if it has what could be interpreted as juvenile features, This is why manufacturers often make skinny dolls and slap disproportionate large boobs on them. The law is even more bonkers as it’s not illegal to own a smaller doll but it is illegal to import one. This is why it’s by far the best idea to simply buy direct from a UK vendor as they or their agent is the importer so if there are any issues whatsoever it’s their problem not yours. Of course this only applies if you buy DIRECT from the vendor and not drop shipped. In other words the doll has to be physically in the UK before you buy it. You can still have a custom made doll but it has to be shipped from the manufacturer to the vendor within the UK and then on to you. You will pay a bit more but have zero legal hassle.
Another notable variable is torso dolls (I have several, all drop shipped- so imported by me) A torso doll to my knowledge is always under 148cm otherwise she would be a giant. A torso doll is perfectly legal provided it is calculated that if she had full legs she would be over 148cm.

Of course the above only applies to dolls which are sexually capable, you can have any size doll you like if it doesn’t have genitalia!
The law is bonkers- but since we choose to live here we have to do our due diligence!

Don’t believe all the shady doll vendors typically based outside the UK who promise to supply you with any size doll and assure you it will be imported to the UK without issue- they are not legally responsible for any problems if it goes wrong- if you order a product from outside the UK and have it shipped here legally you become the importer and are therefore liable for any extra costs or problems. Be aware there are doll selling websites that have.co.uk in their web address but are often based in Asia or have no physical presence here.. There are various ways the dodgy sellers ship dolls here such as using “proxy” countries where they ship the doll via another European country to side step the UK laws. I have had assurances and promises from even reputable doll manufacturers that repeatedly tell me they regularly supply dolls (albeit only slightly) under 148cm to the UK , so either they don’t know or just don’t care once they have your money!
Bottom line is you won’t go far wrong with a UK vendor, if in any doubt whatsoever make sure you get something from them in writing prior to purchase guaranteeing the doll is 100% UK legal.
