It makes zero difference to me for dressing, whether they have seamless head or not. I never (hardly ever) remove the heads on my non-seamless neck ladies - once they arrive and the head goes on, that's it. I don't like decapitating them 🍻.

Depend of the clothes your trying to get on them I guess. Most of mine was tight fitting tops and the less traumatic jeans.
