Is 20 TPE + Silicone ladies enough?

Good day all,

I'm wondering if 20 TPE + Silicone ladies is enough and I should only consider new dolls to replace ones I have (i.e. a new doll comes, one doll leaves.) Or, I could rejuvenate dolls (i.e. buy the same doll again.)

Itzel being my longest serving doll and has always had a skin condition would be the first on my list for rejuvenation. On the same JY148D body or something else (maybe JY161)!?

For me, I think 20 is the sweet spot (also, all full-bodied dolls, I don't like having bodiless heads around the house, makes me feel sad for the head.) Any more and I don't feel like I can give the dolls the attention they deserve. Also, I don't like my house to be too cluttered.

There are many dolls I'd love to get but I feel like I've finally found the brakes.

Anyway, I'm in no rush to do anything now, especially since real life has been very expensive recently (damn cars).

Kind regards,

Cuthbert

PS My current wish list but who would go to make way for one!? Honestly, I don't want to let anyone go so this is just wishlist (honestly Smile.)
  • Black seamless neck silicone Neytiri (SM156A - 58)
  • Sanhui AIO 150-34
  • JY Mili 161
  • Gynoid Model 15 Elina
  • Silicone Gracie (SM156A - 91)

They are all silicone. Comes down to longevity more than anything. I love TPE and silicone dolls equally.

We're all different, for me I think 20 dolls is plenty, and as for being cluttered, too late!

I think the replacing them with new dolls as they get too old is a good idea. If you get the exact same model and continue as though nothing has happened or not is entirely dependent on how you feel about that particular doll. I got Kimberley a brand new body for example. If anything happened to Jasmine i wouldn't be as quick to get her head again as she isn't as close as the others. I am also thinking of getting Rey a new body too LOL!

However, wouldn't it be fun getting something completely new?

Personally I love my 3 dolls, or 4 counting Jasmine when she bothers to turn up. I can make interesting pictures, tell stories and have them interact with each other just fine. I have one doll in my bed to cuddle, on the the sofa to cuddle and one stood near me where I'm working, yep, to cuddle. They are all excellent company (companionship) and I love them all.

Anymore and I think they will start to get in the way a little.

But others have a house full. Literally thousands and thousands of pounds worth of dolls. How far would you like to go?

I shudder at the thought of what Tex spends on dolls and clothes. I can see his children not getting any inheritance at all, but a house full of silicon instead. LOL And about 5 wardrobes full of very expensive luxury clothing to try and keep expensive ladies happy! Even Mr Fibble doesn't have that kind of wardrobe I don't think.

Reminds me, I should let the girls look at some more secondhand clothing on Ebay, that's fun.

I only have two, but would definitely have more if I had the room. When the kerfuffle with the flat repairs is over, Kim is scheduled for a Deluxe. I'd love to replace Caz/Azrael with silicone; she has a few knocks and scratches and TPE has proved too fragile. Sadly 174G and head 419 aren't available in silicone yet.

But what I'd do in 10 years if I'd gone full 'Tommo' and had a house full of them ... no idea

Tell me about it Sad

This is an absorbing hobby and mixing it with the story telling, different girls and their clothes has helped keep me sane and busy over the last couple of years since my wife died.
It is not a boast about how much money i have spent, and it is quite a lot. I find giving the girls and bunnies some style, personality and almost a life of their own really interesting as i hope do others.

We do find it interesting and appreciate it a lot. You have a huge following. I think we all love the girls and their stories, and the humour. Especially the humour.

Seven girls live with me and two extra heads on a body sharing cycle and they have a really big wardrobe. Just exchanged my old one by a bigger one with more room for dresses. But it's not only clothing I also started to get some more photo equipment, so yes it is an absorbing hobby :) but a lovely great one.

I don't know if I would want to get much more, not 20 or surely not more than 65.
But I don't judge anyone for having more dolls or just even one.
