Poutine looks very interesting Julia It is vary tasty and is Lesly's favourite. But then, she lived in Quebec for a few years before coming to live with Joe. They are crazy about it there.

I like poutine, but Joe Bin says most places make it too salty for him. I suppose one day we will make our own at home. He has done it before, but not in a long time.

That is a wonderful collection Carly, Joe has a tram that runs on N scale track, but he hasn't got his N scale up and running yet. It has all been in storage for a good 20 years or so.
