Lovely mix.
170 is a good size, just be ready for the weight(assume 35kg to 42kg) which as long as you have no issues is awkward but not as if you move her too often. I'll put up pics of Mabel later a Fanreal 170...
Very wise for such a young girl. I have a track record of bad luck with dark clothes. 26814 tight elastic stocking tops, brutal. Doesn't take much on pale skinned TPE to stain.

Beware sitting dolls down in dark trousers or skirts, putting weight on fabric risks staining the bum or thighs very badly.
