This is a project some 2 years in the making. As soon as I saw the M3GAN movie, I wanted one. Imagine my excitement when Neca announced they were producing a life size M3GAN replica and began taking pre-orders. I damn near threw caution to the wind and ordered one. However, discretion being the better part of valor, I decided to contact Neca and ask a few questions first. Namely about the figure's construction.

As might be expected they were rather tight lipped about it saying only that the face, hands and feet were plastic and the body foam. So, I decided it would be better to wait for the final release before ordering. That turned out out to be a wise decision, as the body and construction was not at all to my liking. Just not what I'd call, aesthetically pleasing.
So I went off the idea. Fast forward to April of the this year and Valentina Girls comes out with this option that adds 4 inches to the upper chest. That's a big deal, because Valentinas are notorious for exaggerated breast positioning, starting at near shoulder height. What this option does is raise the shoulders, arms and head, effectively placing the breasts in the correct position. It changes the look of the doll entirely. The moment I saw it, I thought to myself, that'll work for M3GAN.
Got a hold of Robert at Valentina Girls, bounced a few ideas back and forth and just like that, a new VG blank for the project is on it's way. They're going to do the preliminary mods and I'll do the rest when the blank gets here. New head, skeleton and some detailing. Meanwhile, just got the M3GAN costume you see pictured today. Considering what I paid for it, I was surprised how well made it is. Came with all the accessories too and even a very nice wig for under $20 shipped!

Coming right along. Her skull arrived today. Thought it was going to take a lot of work to get it to look like the movie M3GAN, but as you can see, say for a minor nose and lip tweak, it's almost spot on. 😊

They gave her breasts??
I got a Sugarbabe 148 B cup and bandaged them down as to not give it a figure.
would love to get a real looking head though those slightly large eyes are so evil its wonderful.

In the trailer for the sequel looks like M3GAN has aged a bit and now has a cute little figure. The costume I got for my version is cut for an adult. Plenty room for sweater puppies. 😊

Yep seen that a couple weeks ago, just think in Megan 6 she will be collecting a pension.

I don't know... Nice to see a more mature M3GAN, but I think I like the original costume better. :unsure:

Yea can't wait for the new film, though probably will wait util its cheaper to buy or rent it.

I try that, the thought of paying £19.99 for a Download is OUCH, so I wait then I give up and pay £19.99 and day later Sky drop it to £10.99 thats a huge OUCH cuss I end up not watching for another week anyway.

Sooner or later, somebody, somewhere will upload it. Meanwhile, I just want one. 😁

I'm very much looking forward to seeing her being created Mr. Franz and the nice Mr. Jedzed sent me a copy of the first film and I watched it with My Sister, as I hadn't seen it, but I wasn't a fan of M3GAN. I preferred Annabelle from the Conjuring

I'm actually not a big horror film fan. Just something about M3GAN I find endearing. 🥰

Well I didnt think I would be a fan of the conjuring, but a colleague told me about it some years ago and it's actually more creepy and scary than gory and it was based on real people which made it more realistic

I did find M3GAN quite cute though, as a doll, but I'm a bit strange like that😯😁

In movie terms it's two years on. It's being released on May 16 this year according to Plex or June 27 according to IMDB. M3GAN is portrayed by Amie Donald, born on January 29, 2010 in New Zealand, so she'd be 15, or 14 depending on when the film was made.

I suppose what I'm planning is a more mature version of the original. Similar facial cues, but with a body closer to someone in their early twenty's.

This is M3GAN's body, shown here with temporary stuffing to check modifications, just before leaving Valentina Girls. Once she arrives, possibly this week, the upper portion of the existing Valentina Girl head will be removed, the lower half becoming the neck for the new head. The rest of the body will then be detailed and further modified. 🪡🧵

We've been rehabbing an old outbuilding on our property, so I haven't had much time for this project, but it rained today so I got back to it. Not much progress though, just doing some more prep work on her head. Repaired miscellaneous damage. They never pack these things very well and they get thrown around a lot in transport. Cut out the mouth opening and reshaped the nose to look more like movie M3GAN. More tedious and time consuming than difficult. Also measured and marked where the neck stump needs to be removed. By golly, it's starting to look like her. :)

Well, the rest of her just made it in from Sweden. Man, they sure do pack you in like sardines in coach! 🛬

Okay, boys and girls. Finished sawing, cutting, filing, gouging, sanding and hacking away everything that wasn't M3GAN and enhanced,
shaped and sculpted the stuff that was. 🪚🛠️✂️🔪⛏️

Starting to look a lot like movie Meg's facial structure. 👤
Also did a neck-ectomy and prepared the head for mounting on the Valentina Girl's soon to be created neck stump. Lined and reinforced that as well as the eye sockets and mouth cavity. I'll let all that cure for a bit then it's on to the hypodermis. So far, so good. :)
