Hope everyone has had a great Xmas this year. I know I'm one of the lucky ones that can spend it with family, no matter how dysfunctional it is sometimes. But I am lucky to have all of you too :)

Happy New year to all!

Mr Bobs Sister has eleven cats, they are really big, think they call them maycomb, or something like that, she takes them to old peoples homes.

Lovely, perhaps put some pics up of them in the photo gallery? It needs christening :)

Yep! They're big bastards, adult males average 9.5 kg  Lovely cats, recognised by several cat registries around the world

Oh yes, I know the breed. Huge indeed. 11 of them would be quite the handful!

Hiya Mr Honcho,

I think you have a very nice wife. I’d like to give her a big hug 🤗

I know she’s bossy, but you need bossing around because you’re a very naughty boy 😆.

Lots of love from Miss K,

XOXO

I've been working on a Novel based on my Willows Wilderness thread. The same story fleshed out in novel format and was wondering if you'd be interested in reading it. I understand if not as it can be time consuming reading a novel.

Its not exactly dolls either, Willow will be an elf and Kimberley a real girl etc, with their own pasts and personalities based on what i have already. I am wondering if this new story should go in the dolls story forum, or in the blog section, I would imagine the later. What do you think?

If you are looking for a job I think Mr Tex could do with a good script writer ;)

Have a look at this AI writing aid.... Sudowrite

It can help with coming up with ideas and phrases etc. I am trying it for my new novel, but it does tend to go off in the wrong directions , and does come up with pure nonsense too, so you still have to actually put a lot into the written word yourself of course. Nothing is for free. But great for ideas.

At the story outline part of the novel so far. Been putting some hours into writing the book, much much more detail of course than the photo story, but based pretty much on that. I'll start putting some of the book up as I go for you to comment on as I get that far. Not sure who would be interested in it though, but we'll see.

While it's right to applaud the attempt, there's an issue with time, sadly. I, for one, barely have time to keep abreast of all the forums and find photo stories much more succinct and easier to parse. I suspect only the unemployed or retired will have time to read these thoroughly, but I wish you well for the attempt. Though Darkseid help this forum if I ever made 'Leave it to the Professionals' into a novel 🤣

Yes you could be a big help with some private critiques of the novel if you wish. I could email you the chapters as I complete them?

Note: I have a job on tomorrow (Sunday) so you wont see me around until Monday probably. That goes for most weekends this month. It'll pay for that second home battery LOL.
