Great car chase!

I've always thought it a bit daft why they keep making Batman movies. Nothing I've seen has ever bettered Tim Burton's 1989 Batman with Michael Keaton, Jack Nicholson and Kim Basinger. The best director, the best Batman, the best Joker, the best Batmobile, the best soundtrack. Every Batman that has been out since, I think "nah, not as good as 1989". If I was stuck on a desert island and could only have one Batman DVD, I'd pick 1989 every time 🍻

I'm an old kid. I much prefer the campy '66-'68 tv series Batman.

I was re-watching Flash Gordon (1980) today with Loona (I love cuddling up to my furry hellhound). Very campy but I think it's great. I love Princess Aura 😍 (Ornella Muti). And superb soundtrack. They don't make them like this any more 😆

I was watching, "Attack of the Puppet People" from 1958 today. The title character is a doll maker named Mr Franz, played by John Hyot. That's actually where my screen name comes from and my avatar is a screen cap from the movie. :cool:

Yes I remember that movie. Soundtrack by Queen. They are looking to remake the movie, but it doesn't look great and no Brian Blessed as leader of the Hawkmen, or I think that's what they were called😁
