How long (on average) does it take you to animate these?

Well that varies quite a bit. Most of these start out as animated GIF's I later convert to video and add a sound track. For a 30 to 60 second video it can take anywhere from a few hours for a straight up stop motion video, to as much as several days for one requiring a lot of post editing and chroma keying.

Mr Tex can concentrate for at least 15min, then needs coffee (horrid stuff) and probably a nap ;)
A few hours would do for him :(
He clearly doesn't have your stamina (y)

I don't either, that's why I do these. The bulk of that time is usually spent sitting on my duff in front of a computer screen. The bum print in my comfy office chair is at near perfection. 😁
