Think Willow will be fine, her magic powers are very strong, Lady-J👍
I had a little laugh when I read the AI’s response about strong magic.
Willow’s own magic isn’t particularly strong. Yes, she can cook people with her
ShadowFire, but that magic has a mind of its own and is trying to control her. It draws on a separate source of power, so she can use it even when her own magic is depleted. It’s very powerful, but it’s attached to her rather than truly part of her, like a parasite! Although she can use it more often, doing so is definitely not recommended.
Her
healing magic is unreliable. She can heal herself quite well, but using it on someone else might help, do nothing at all, or make things a lot worse. She has no control over which result she gets!
She has picked up some lesser spells. She can create a shield that stops some bullets, though not all. She can also knock people off their feet or magically tie them up, provided she has enough power left.
Because she’s so old, she has more
Mana, her magical fuel, than most magic users. But it still runs out. It replenishes over time, and green plants help restore it faster. There’s a price, though: if she stays too close to plants for too long, they tend to wither and die as she draws away their magical energy.
Willow can also communicate
telepathically with other elves, including her father, who has been cursed into goblin form.
Willow can keep stuff in her virtual locker, and just magically have them appear in her hand at will (depending on if she has Mana). She has a few weapons in there, such as her sword, knives and hatchets. She has a good supply of apples in there as she loves apples. She has other things too that she can pluck from the locker whenever she wants. Or if you give her something, she can store in there, the item you gave her would just appear to disappear from her hands kind of thing. She is limited to just a handful of items though, other wise she has to physically visit real lockers she has around the place. She has a few in cities such as London, all paid for by money she has stolen from gangsters and other bad people.
Every elf has a main ability, and Willow’s is
teleportation. She can travel a few miles with each jump, but even with full Mana, she can only manage about three or four jumps before her power is too depleted to continue. She can take someone with her by grabbing hold of them, at very little extra cost.
She can teleport within whichever world she’s on, and she can also enter the
Magical Forest. That’s because the forest occupies a different realm. She can teleport back out of the Magical forest, but only to the world where she entered.
However, she
cannot teleport between different worlds, such as the one where her father lives. For that, she needs a portal, and creating portals is her father’s special ability. She also can’t travel through time without an artefact that allows it.
As for the ordinary spells most elves know, Willow forgot most of hers when her memories were stolen. That’s another story, one I’ve told before, but might tell again sometime.
