When will we be able to post again on the Chilli forum as Thea wanted to post a Thread?

Well I see what you’re saying, Miss K, but my girls have posted quite a lot of stuff in the hot Chili sauce section, and most of it is really just artistic, tasteful nudity. It’s not necessarily meant to arouse, I just love the human female form and try to present it artistically. I think it would be a shame if no nudity is allowed at all.
As it is, their pictures they get very few visits or responses so I don’t think many members have signed up to it anyway. My concern is that few would also sign up to a mild chilly thread. My girls and I would then probably disappear and be forgotten about.

I wouldnt forget them, that's why I made my suggestion I take it most Members like girls in lingerie or some flesh on show even if they are not keen on nudity.

If all of it was in one place and we used the little prefix Titles like dolls & fashion or adult content then the Members would know that dolls & fashion would be dolls in sexy lingerie and adult content would be nudity.

I mean I'm not the owner, and these are as I said before just suggestions or my opinions on how I would do it

What about the page? 3 thread? Where would that appear?
I think it might be a little confusing to know which section to post photos in if there was nudity or mild nudity or lingerie shots. For example, would the naughty nurses have had to go in the mild chilly thread because they were being provocative?
My own feeling is that we should do something similar to what Bobby was suggesting, by only allowing fully dressed dolls on the public face of the forum, and having to sign in and pass the age verification checks before being able to see any of the dolls in lingerie, or nudity. There wouldn’t be any need for a mild or hot Chili threads then, a banner could be applied next to a thread that might have adult content photos. Members wouldn’t have to look at it if they didn’t want to.

Sorry couldn't resist! But would Ofcom think that? Or would they say that's too erotic? We dont really know. Maybe someone should contact Ofcom and ask them what they class as nudity or erotica. You know what these legislators are like

But first, can everyone see the Mild and Hot Chilli's. The hot chilli is basical the one most people avoid, but the mild chilli is theone everyone would like to interact with. If you want into the Chilli's, please provate message me with the names of you and your dolls and which Chilli you wish to be part of. If you pass the tests then you will be added.

I’d say mild chilli. We had to edit one of Aniyah’s photos so less groin area is showing. That’s why I think no nudity under the belly button for the main area.

Re-created Glamour thread is in the Forum for Members not the chilli section

I’ve put some photographs of Dominique in the hot Chili section in the past few days, which I would not class as porn, but as artistic nude. They are full frontal but in black-and-white and with filters and not with a provocative pose. Personally, I would put those in the mild chilli section now. But I don’t know, one person‘s art is another person’s porn. Storyteller said to me that the mild chilli section is for mild nudity. I have to see what other members post to work out which photos go where.
Those of Jane, I would say easily fitted to the mild chilli section.

Please see Section 63 (3) of the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.

This section defines 'pornography'.

(3) An image is “pornographic” if it is of such a nature that it must reasonably be assumed to have been produced solely or principally for the purpose of sexual arousal.

Whilst 'Page 3' photographs and 'top shelf' may be 'soft' pornography, they are still pornography.

The showing of breasts for no particular reason other than to... 'titillate' would be problematic from a legal standpoint.

Further, I hold concerns about whether the suggested idea for age verification, whilst original, may not suffice if OFCOM demand that sites use a recognized provider. Time will tell on that matter.

The bunnies can atill use the open forums as they don't seem to do the sexual arrousal stuf, but some of the other stuff will be better off in the MILD. The MILD I am expecting to be some of the busist threads.

I will be moving all threads that need it, from the past and new ones. Please, if anyone sees soething they feel is not suitable for children, please report it so I can see and act on it. Noone is is trouble or anything, but I can move posts and threads incredible easy to the Chilli section.
I feel that glamour shots and model shots and things like tha are fine on main forum, even if a breast is visable, But full nudes and nudes that are preogrogetive will go into the MILD. Just think, is it child friendly as I wish the main forum to be just that.
Unforunatly we have to do what our laws demands. Unless you all want to pay a fee to get onto the site by proving your age? It doesn't come free.
A child would certainly make the effort to join if he felt he would see naked bodies, real or otherwise.

If you report the pictures you feel are in the wrong place and type your reason, I will look at moving them. The ore people that do this will make my left so much easier.

Why are you bother moving them into Mild Chilli If all the photos are visible to all members in the media, they will need to be removed too.

The idea is that you can’t access the Chilli sections until you reach Member status, which typically requires around 20 posts to achieve. By that time, you’ve become known to us, shown your dolls, or demonstrated genuine interest in them, and your behavior suggests you are an adult. We don’t grant access to the Chilli areas to newcomers right away.

I recommend that everyone who meets the criteria requests access to the MILD Chilli, as a lot of the posts will be written or moved there from this point on. The HOT Chilli section is reserved for more provocative content, so if that’s not your thing, perhaps avoid requesting access to it. However, the MILD section is essential. Remember, access is by invitation only—that’s the point.

Stop, stop stop with all the 'can I do this, what about that?' MLDC has not made the rules, that has been forced on them by OFCOM. The rule is simple to understand surely NO NUDITY! means No Nudity, not can I show this bit, or what about that bit? If you want see a doll naked then find out what she is and look her up on a vendor web site (if you can get access). Accept what it is now, for now, maybe it will change again who knows.

Please remember that ST is trying his best to keep this site open and functioning. UKLDF has decided to close later this month as it is too expensive to keep the site functioning with the added costs of compliance plus the threat of a vast fine should anything be overlooked, even in error!

Like UKLDF this site is a 'hobby' site yet it has the same responsibilities and has to face the same consequences as large commercial sites that can potentially generate vast income or profit.

OK I have added the Mild to every member that has HOT chilli in admin area. There wasn't as many members in hot Chilli and I thought. I guess the hot stuf isn't that popler after all. However, the MILD is just like the normal posts we used to enjoy on the front end, once upon a time.
