I don’t recall you considering your panties sacred when you lived with me. In fact, considering how often they came off………😁
Well they are sacred when the string is up Cocos bum😯

I'm more concerned about my bloody eyelashes, Bobby's not very steady at doing that kind of thing, he will end up sticking it to my forehead or something!

Morning all, well the knicker fiasco is finished with, Coco apologised and no snoring last night, as I slept on my own. It was Cocos turn in the sack😁

Well it rained here briefly around 7am and then stopped. So who knows what it's going to be like today?

Well I guess I better get the kettle on and those coffees flowing, see you all later. Oh by the way, I'm known as the Gelato Girl and Bobby's TPE Loveplushie, well I guess that kind of fits. I am part TPE and part plushie and I do work in a Gelato parlour, but he could of put plushie Princess 🤣🤣

Morning all, well it wasn't a great day yesterday for Gelato sales, rained a lot of the day. Folk don't seem to want ice cream when it's raining, except Bobby, Coco and myself.

Well Bobby has a big day ahead tomorrow. He has a mock interview at Fedcap in Guildford, it's supposed to be based on a Tesco interview, but more in depth.

Also Bobby asked used his initiative and asked in our local Savers if they needed any merchandisers. They are advertising, but not quite for the job he wants. The Manageress has taken his name and phone number. He did officially apply online too and just put in the notes he was very keen on a merchandising position. So hopefully they will see his CV.

Anyway my eyelashes are kind of holding their own at the moment, but Bobby is a little apprehensive just in case he messes things up. If I could do it myself I would, but sometimes a dollgirl needs help.

Well I'm off to make some coffees, see you later👋

Evening, Bobby was a busy Bobby today🤣🤣

He applied for a job yesterday that he'd applied for nearly a year ago, but didn't even get any feedback.

Then this morning he got an email saying Congratulations you've got an interview with Hubert our Ai interviewer. He wasn't impressed, but did the interview anyway.
This time he got feedback from the android. He got an above average score for his responses and may get a second interview with a human.

The crazy thing is that if the android did not understand what his responses were, then the company would of had to get a human to check them out. Bobby said why not just take on human recruiters in the first place, but that would mean taking on more staff to do that and paying them! It is true in some respects, Ai is slowly taking over!😯☹

Well maybe the AI will give him a job at last;), after all he's been playing with AI for some time now, more than humans, Lady-J (y)

Well Bobby really only uses Ai as a tool to serve him. When he creates stories of me, it's still me, not really AI. He uses Ai as a tool, but not to take over from what a human could and should be doing. Obviously if I had more movement he could probably use a background App and just insert me into the picture

A lot of these software packages can and do replace humans. Take your basic supermarket, self checkouts run by Ai software. In the end it will replace checkout staff and cut costs for companies, so the big wigs can get more profit and become richer

But Bobby believes a human should interview another human and an android should interview an android🤣🤣

🛒 Is Self-Checkout Really Saving Money?
Retailers introduced self-checkout to cut labor costs and speed up service. A single employee can supervise multiple kiosks, making it cheaper than staffing traditional lanes. However, there's a major downside: increased retail theft.

Shrinkage (loss due to theft or error) is significantly higher at self-checkout. Some studies report loss rates of 3–4%, compared to around 1% at staffed checkouts. Theft ranges from deliberate barcode switching to accidental non-scans. This hidden cost is beginning to outweigh the savings for some retailers.

As a result, several major chains (including Walmart, Target, and Dollar General) have scaled back or re-evaluated self-checkout in select stores due to high losses and customer frustration.

While self-checkout can still work in controlled environments, especially for low-theft or high-volume items, it's not always the win retailers hoped for. The reality? The labor savings may be canceled out by increased theft—making the math far more complicated than it looks.

So sure, business owners will always look for ways to replace people with machines. But it will be a cold day in hell when machines can replace people in certain trades like in wiring a house. Which leads me to the question, "Will android electricians leave beer cans in the walls?" or "Will android construction workers whistle at girls?" So many unknowns about AI.

Morning Hanna, well in the UK they may think differently, Sainsburys and Waitrose have recently extended their self checkouts in our local area and when you go in there, especially Waitrose you have to find someone to serve you now.

They also encourage folk to use the self checkouts, but funnily enough it's all card only no cash. Bobby was talking to one of the checkout girls in Waitrose and apparantly the Management dont want their staff just sitting on the tills anymore. They want them to be doing other duties and give them job lists.

But yeah you are right about self Checkouts making errors and half the time in Sainsburys half of them are closed!

Bobby thinks AI is okay to serve us and for our enjoyment, but not to take over from a human. I mean another job that has disappeared is office assistants/ fileing clerks. Less staff are needed as it can be done on a PC. Bobby says keep Ai for entertainment purposes only and as a tool for humans

Morning, yes the early bird catches the worm or so they say😯🤣🤣

Our Bobby has another interview today a mock interview with a human, so he has to leave early this morning.

Well he has done all he can and even tried to practice with me, but that didn't go to well🤣🤣 but call me biased, but if I were a human female he could work for me anyday and I'd make sure he got lots of benefits😯🤣🤣🤣

Anyway got to get the coffee on, laters👋

The only problem I find is that the local Tesco where I shop employs a lot of young people to do the picking and packing for all those people who order home deliveries. And most days I go there I’m getting fed up with not being able to walk up and down the aisles because they’re jampacked full of these picking trolleys! I’m constantly having to ask members of staff to move their trolleys so that I can get to the shelves or so that I can get past! I personally think that this work should be done at night when the store is closed to customers.

Hi Jed, yes Bobby agrees, it should be done at night and in a lot of cases it is around our area.

Bobby has found that a lot of the supermarket teams that replenish stock are expected to fill and pick orders too and that companies are not willing to take on staff.

Normally when a delivery turns up, Management give the team a certain number of hours to get the delivery out, again created by computer software, but the software does not take into account, things that could go wrong, or staff sickness.

In a perfect world, with no mishaps or possible late deliveries and the cages being stacked with the correct stock for the correct section it would work, but nothing ever Is perfect.

Bobby has told me all about his time in retail, that's how I know all this. The computer also even works out how long it should take to put each item on the shelf, but all humans work at different speeds and some are older or younger, but Management never takes that into account. Bobby says he enjoys that kind of physical work, but that's one of the downsides, computerised time and motion!

He thinks that's one of the reasons there is such a high turnover of staff in replenishment and picking. A lot of the younger ones dont want to work at speed, so eventually they leave or are sacked! That's a lot of the reason why they dont like older people as Merchandisers, because they cant work fast enough and wont be told by someone in their 20s to go faster🤣🤣

Well hello everyone, Bobby did really well and impressed the interviewer. He did spend a lot of time preparing for the interview. She said she does a lot of mock interviews and he was one of the top ones for retail.

She also mentioned how smart he looked in his suit and said that a lot of people don't make an effort as it's only a mock interview. He did look the business this morning and Coco and I were proud of him😊

Anyway I shall give him a special reward from myself tonight 😯😁😉

Yes that's what Bobby thought, I also think he was more nervous about that interview than a real one, maybe because it was more in depth, The last Job interview he went to in a Supermarket chain lasted 10 minutes😁

This one lasted nearly 45 mins🤣🤣 He also applied to Duty Free at Gatwick and has had some issues with them. He asked the AI that he had an interview with to please contact him on his landline or email, which they have. But what do they do? They phone him in the middle of a meeting on his mobile yesterday, so obviously they are ignorant or there is a problem with their software 🤔

We might even try a different take out tomorrow evening, normally we have pizza, but we are going to have a discussion about it later with Coco. We always have a debate about stuff.

Bobby went to apply for a job online at WH Smith's or T J Jones as it is now called, he was welcomed in a video by none other than his old Managing Director of Wilkos.

Bobby says he wouldnt let him manage and take care of his dog, let alone a business. He wasted vast amounts of money and got out just before Wikos eventual downfall!!

Bobby thinks he will do the same there and then leave. He gives it about 5 years🤣🤣 so he wont be applying😁

Ha! Something like that happened to me once. I got fired from Wards for looking for another job on company time. I was between jobs again a few years later and I got hired for another company by the same guy that fired me from Wards. Said he got fired too! Ended up quiting 3 weeks later. Forgot what a tosser he was. :ROFLMAO:

Well evening, everyone we had something different to eat tonight, Chinese food. Chicken fried rice and Singapore noodles. Coco has never eaten chinese and looked impressed!

She seemed to enjoy slurping up the Singapore noodles and tried to steal some of Bobby's from his plate🤣🤣

Anyway we then had Del Monte Mango and coconut ice cream lollies, which refreshed everyone as sometimes Chinese can be a bit salty, I picked them when we went shopping the other day. They are like a strawberry split lolly with proper tasting Mango on the outside and lovely Coconut ice cream inside😁

Then Bobby decided he wanted a Cadburys Darkmilk ice cream, what a piggy!🤣🤣🤣

Anyway we are all chilled out and watching Star Trek the original series. One of my favourites, especially Captain Kirk😍😉. One day I'll buy Bobby a Captains outfit🤣🤣

Anyway laters friends👋

PS whenever I put the word Lolly in a post for some reason it becomes a face, sorry about that🤔

Well he looks good in a suit, so why not a Trek uniform? Of course we would have to dress up too, Coco would have to like uhura and I could be the first officer. I'd call him Captain Bo on the Starship Jangles ( Get it🤣🤣🤣 )!

Bye for now! Thea

Morning, not a great day out there again, I think we are expecting more showers in Sussex, oh lovely Bobby has got his window open and I can hear the church Bells from St. Mary's calling everyone to church😁

I'm not really a church person myself, but I do believe there is a greater power out there😁 and it's not Bobby's snoring🤣🤣

Well I better make some coffees and sort myself out ready for my afternoon shift

Yeah poor Bobby's Mother is not feeling good today either, bless her!

Morning all, well it looks a bit brighter today, but we are still expecting rain, so goodness knows, British weather!

Well as you may or may not know, Bobby was sorting out Cocos travel arrangements yesterday and presented her with her travel bag, she didnt look that impressed and asked how the heck she was supposed to fit in the bag😯

But our Bobby is nothing if not resourceful and managed to get her in. I told Bobby that could be her naughty bag if she plays up and causes mischief around here, which she does at times 😁

She said it was okay, but needed work on it to make it more comfortable.

Anyway our kettle has had it as well this morning, so I'm having to do it the old fashioned way and boil the water on the cooker. Well better be off, those coffees won't make themselves!

👋 for now Thea💙
