Morning, running a bit late, Bobby over slept and was supposed to be in town early. Coco didnt help, she tried to stop him getting up, she was all over him last night like a bad smell. He had only spent one night away🤭

He didn't get much sleep the night before, and slept like a baby🤣🤣 his snoring did my head in though😯

Anyway. He didnt even want his coffee this morning and just dashed off!

Well another nice day, we shall just have to see how long it lasts🤔 it was very busy yesterday in the parlour. Anyway better get myself organized 👋 for now

Sorry, here in agricultural Wales, the word “parlour” is most associated with a milking parlour 😁

No I had lots of Sundaes to make with milk Jemma. Maybe one day my Boss will get his own cows and I can milk them to help create our fab Gelato 😁

A bit late in the day, but Bobby has had some aggro today from the Jobcentre. They want him to take a job or at least go for an interview that they are trying to push him into. They even accused him of trying to talk himself out of a job, which he would never do.

He likes to research the job where he is going to attend the interview, as he wants to do his best and asked the Jobcentre questions, as there are a couple of concerns he has and they have basically said his concerns are negative, but he went to the Citizens Advice Bureaux today to find out more about his rights and they told him to ask the interviewer questions.

Plus the Job Centre have tried to put Bobby on sanctions before when he went for another interview which they set up. The Jobcentre told him to go for the assistant Managers Job or a Supervisor Job which the company were advertising, when he got to the interview with the Area Manager he told them about these positions and they told him they already had a Supervisor and Assistant Manager already and offered him 4 hours a week, if he proved himself he might get more hours. Bobby accused them of false advertising and reported this to the Jobcentre.

The Jobcentre then sanctioned Bobby and told him that he could loose his benefits, so he went to the Citizens Advice with his evidence. The Citizens Advice told him the Job Centre couldnt do this and they would get him a solicitor if needed. In the end the sanctions were lifted.

Unfortunately the Job Centre just want to push folk into any jobs and they don't really care what the jobs are, as long as it looks good on their records.

Bobby does want to work, but for a company that he can easily get to, so he can be flexible, as most jobs are part time and then they expect folk to do overtime, which he doesn't mind if he can easily get there if he gets called in, not a job that's over an hour away and only 4 hours a day like this job is.

Poor guy does his best, but always gets shit on ( sorry for my french😯 )

Hes a bit fed up today, so Coco has been taking care of him this afternoon. He even took his suit in to be dry cleaned to prepare for the interview. It was a freebie. Timpson are offering free suit drycleaning to anyone out of work who has a guaranteed interview.

Also even if he gets this Job, there is a 6 month probation, which means in those 6 months they can get rid of Bobby anytime and if you are sacked or just walk out a job, then there is an investigation and if the company say that you the employee are in the wrong, then you cannot get benefits for up to 6 months and companies do lie to cover their backsides!

Yeah Thea, I feel for him:confused:, sorry to hear all this, These Job Centres need looking into, just wish he could find something outside of the job centre and he could give them the finger, Lady-J (y)

We've tried some of the non-Jaffa flavours and they were gross 🤮😆.

Well he wanted to really ask the JobCentre questions before he goes for the interview, as they are the ones setting up the interviews. He actually went in to the companies website to investigate their recruitment process and do some research on the company.

It states on their site
I. You apply online
2. You have to do 3/4 assessment tests including maths and a Psychometric test
3. You then get a phone interview
4 if you pass the phone interview you get called in for a face to face interview

Also the company on their site, say that they will send interview questions out to the interviewee before the interview, so that the interviewee can practice and prepare, Bobby has asked for these questions, from the Jobcentre, but got a negative response. Also the Jobcentre has told him there are no tests, so someone is lying. He has just been told to go to this openday and the interview. All he wants is more information from the Jobcentre

Well Miss K Mcvities aren't owned by Mcvites anymore, they are owned by a Turkish company. I think Polly told me the other day. Also they have reduced the size of Jaffa cakes and you only get 10 in a box now and not 12. Also they have changed the recipe of the sponge bit, that's why I never got my free samples☹

That's probably why they are bringing or trying out these new flavours. I think they may well try a Turkish Delight Jaffa Cake next 😝

I doubt it Lady-J, Jaffa cakes are not very fattening I ate a triple box of them in one sitting once. It never gave me bad guts🤣🤣

It is quite easy to eat a whole box though. I think my record was 5 minutes, that was on my Birthday or was it Christmas🤔

He will get a lot more satisfaction coming to my Open Day Thea, Lady-J (y)

Oh yeah, he wants to stand in one of the windows in the Red Light District posing. They did try men in the Red Light District, many years ago as an experiment in Amsterdam, but it didnt work out😯

Bobby is hoping the Doll Ladies might see him in the window and want his services, well Doll ladies have needs too😯😉🤭

He will probably give them a discount🤣🤣 he also wants to sit in the plane and visit the Vampires to give them a hug and for them to have a nibble and give him some special powers, also he is used to nightshifts and sleeping in the day.

He is also looking forward to seeing Bob, his wife and Holly and of course you Lady-J. He wants to give you a big smacker on the lips and get someone to photograph him kissing you🤭 or at least a selfie with both of you!

He is also looking forward to meeting new friends like Cuthbert, Miss K ( for a 🤗 ) Setrack, the cheeky Carly and of course Jedzed and his lady or ladies😁

Have you tried alternatives like from these from Aldi? They go by a different name in the UK - Belmont instead of Benton.

Morning all,

Raining again! Well it's my afternoon off, so I'm not to bothered. I'm just going to chill out today.

Bobby's going up to his Sisters later to take some shopping up, hes still not happy with the Jobcentre. It's like they are telling him how to behave in the interview and not to ask too many questions otherwise he will talk himself out of a job. The CAB told him he needs to ask questions. One of the stipulations is that he needs to be able to lift up to 30KG, which he is rather concerned about. In his previous job he had help from a co worker or was able to put heavy items into a cage or on a pallet truck to manoeuvre them

They just want him to be a robot and say yes to everything!

The Jaffacakes that are available where we live are made by "Jaffa crvenka" and I think It is a Serbian company.

Good afternoon, oh goody it's just this minute started pouring down again, literally throwing it down.

Well a bit late again today as Bobby had to go to Guildford this morning, another waste of time as his ' New ' Job Coach was covering reception and she didn't have time for a proper meeting with him today, mind due they pay his travel everytime £30 everytime he goes up there!

Also Bobby applied again for a job at his local Tesco Extra, so we will have to wait and see😯

No coffee duty today as Bobby made his own, bless him😍
