21st September 2025 ( Sundae Day )

Morning all,

Well its Sunday and Bobby will be popping in for his Sundae today, or will he choose something different????😯😁

But he is a creature of habit, so will probably have cherry ( with real cherries in ) chocolate ( made with Italian chocolate ) and another flavour, which I can never spell it's kind of a vanilla or white gelato with real dark chocolate shards in it. It's got an Italian name. All this is topped off with cream and nuts or sweet caramel balls if we have them.

Well lazy git is still in bed😯🤭 with Coco wrapped around him, urging him to chill and stay with her for the day, but his Nephew is visiting soon, so she hides in the cupboard and I hide in the bed, under the duvet as I'm slimmer, just in case his Nephew wanders in😯

Oh looks like theres some movement on Bobby's side of the bed😁 also hes having a lie in today as he has to be up early tomorrow for his dreaded Open day and has to catch a bus to Gatwick and maybe have breakfast beforehand at a greasy spoon on the industrial estate

Well I better be getting ready for work, have a shower, make myself look beautiful ( not that I'm not already 😁 ) and yes they've had their☕ this morning👍

Morning

Well Bobby is on his way to his open day and interview this morning. He has told me and Coco about it and even before he gets there he feels like he is being deceived, but he sees it as another learning curve and a day out.

Well we wished him luck this morning anyway and I suspect he will tell me all about it when I get home this evening.

Yes it's another afternoon at the parlour for and it looks like a nice day at the moment😁

Yea good luck. My Misses has been looking for another job for weeks now. Shes applied to hundreds of jobs, got intervierws for a few and now a second interview.

Well the main man is back. It was all very laid back at the Open Day and Bobby got to look around a ParcelForce depot. Apparantly it was the first Open Day they had ever had and Bobby said it was interesting.

He did have to wait nearly two hours for a 5 minute interview, as a lot of folk had turned up, but got chatting to a nice girl who wanted to be a parcel sorter, unfortunately she had a partner and children, but it passed the time and Bobby noticed she had nice legs🤭 naughty boy!

But it was a pain to get to and because of a road closure took almost an hour and a half to get there on the bus and Bobby is not great with car or coach travel if he is on there for too long😯

But he has to wait to find out........

Well it was a busier day for me today at the parlour, thank goodness. It drags on when it's a slow day.

Anyway I bought some quiche home tonight for me and Coco, as Bobby was not hungry and phoned me. Apparantly he had a massive breakfast and he couldn't even eat it all it was so big, he hadn't realised what size it would be. Unfortunately he forgot to take a photo, but half of the plate was filled by saute potatoes, and half with mushrooms and baked beans 2 rashers of bacon 2 eggs a huge sausage😯🤭 and tomatoes and then thick sliced toast a real gut buster, but he said it looked small in the photo

Anyway hes now chilling out with Coco after his busy day, and I'm off to tickle his feet, yeah hes weird at times👋 for now

Well lets hope something come out of it Thea:), but it was a day out for Bobby, did they have Doll movies, and lots more going on?, Lady-J (y)

Well they allowed him to wear a high Vis jacket with ParcelForce on it and he wanted to keep it as a memento, but they wouldnt let him😁

They showed him and others around a huge warehouse, where they sort everything, unfortunately he didnt actually see any workers as their shifts hadn't started, so it was mainly empty, was offered Coffee and biscuits, but he was stuffed and waited two hours for a five or ten minute interview.

But the warehouse could have been converted into a movie studio he said. Maybe his next movie will be ' The Postman Always Rings Twice ' bit of a naughty movie though or so I've heard🤭

Another nice looking day, so hoping it will be busy at the parlour today. It's my afternoon off tomorrow, so I'm in the sack tonight with the Bobster🤭

Yeah if he does get the job hes thinking of getting the train to Gatwick, and walking to the industrial estate from there. The bus was a real pain yesterday😯

Anyway best get those coffees made for the troops🤭😁👋☕ for now, Thea

Morning all

Bobby is visiting his Sister this morning and I'm chilling out in bed. Our sleeping arrangements have changed slightly and Bobby has made a proper kind of bed up for either myself or Coco when we are not snuggled up to him in the sack.

Also he may have another opportunity for a job as a refuse collector. Its early days yet but the depot is within walking distance of his home ( around half an hour away ) he has put his name down for a kind of induction day.

Anyway I've made the ☕ and Bobby was up and about early this morning. See you later, Thea💙

That sounds good Thea:), and think the pay is not bad, it's easy work these days with the bin lifts, and who knows what Bobby may find.

Yeah, the guys at our recycling centre do similar. I’ve taken stuff there which they’ve asked if they could have.

That could be a fun job. You never know what each day could bring. 😏

Well I don't think Bobby is too worried what's in folks refuge bins and recycling stuff. He would just like a job that he can easily get too, and is within walking distance to be honest.

He was not asked or forced to attend by the Jobcentre. He put himself forward for the induction type day to find out more about the job.

So we shall wait and see how it goes for him. This time there are no guaranteed interviews or such like😁

Morning, yes it's an early one for the Bojangle household this morning. Bobby has to go to Guildford. I think he only goes up there for his Macdonalds breakfast cheesy bacon flatbreads🤭

Apparantly he also has a pretty Job coach. He says she looks a bit like me in human form but wears glasses🤭 I don't know whether to take that as a compliment or not🤔

Once again, the woman in that second article describes doll owners as ‘weirdos’ and ‘freaks’. Maybe the owner should’ve been a little wiser in how the doll was discarded (wrapping up so it wouldn’t give somebody a shock thinking it was a dead body), but the judgemental attitude prevails. And I noticed that she has a partner too, she clearly has no idea that for some people who aren’t in a relationship, the dolls do bring companionship.

I suppose the article does also tell us that Dolls are considered as household waste and can be recycled as such! 😁

Thanks guys and dolls, its not until the 6th October and its kind of a informal talk at the Jobcentre, but it could lead to an interview 😁

Good luck mr bobby , it always was the highest paid council job , our local councils (1970’s before Redcar & Cleveland) one worked till 4-30 and collected cardboard and their bonus was the money off it , the other council bin men did there round and when finished went home some days before noon .

Yeah cheers Carly😍 Fedcap ( Restart) made me laugh today. My new Jobcoach said I'm not applying for enough jobs.

I felt like saying to her that it might help if I actually got a proper meeting with a Job Coach. My first one whom I had for a year was pretty good, then left. My second one, was sick everytime I had an appointment with him and then the day I was due my next appointment he had left Fedcap too

I would apply to be a brain surgeon, but I dont think I've got the experience for that. It's no good me applying for a job where I've got no experience, as I won't even get the Job. It's like saying apply for every job you see just to get an interview, then make yourself look a pratt, when they ask you what experience you have or why you want the job🤣🤣🤣

It would be like saying well I just need any job regardless🤣🤣🤣

28th September 2025 ( Sundae Day ) posting as Bobby, because I'm being a numpty today🤭

Morning all, 😯 yes I know I haven't posted my blog in 3 or 4 days, very unlike me🤔

Well to be honest I've nothing much to report, except Bobby went to a Job Fair yesterday and managed to speak to the head of refuge at the District Council.

Yes they are rolling out a new bin service for food waste, but we dont get a lot of waste as Coco eats any leftovers🤭 but each household will get a food bin or caddy and that's what the Job is all about. They will be advertising from next Wednesday and the chap Bobby spoke to said there is a long questionnaire to fill out on the online form and he needs to try and answer as many questions as possible, as that's how they pick the applicants for interview.

Also its Sunday, so it's his Sundae day today😁 He also reapplied to Tesco for a temp job over Christmas on nights, he didn't even get to interview stage once again☹ on his last application a few weeks back.

Yes we had Chinese last night, just for a change. Coco was sucking on her spare rib for hours🤣🤣🤣

Anyway got to go, work beckons👋💙
