So sorry to hear about your set back Bobby. and it's too bad that the job didn't work out.Hugs from all my girls 🤗, and also prayers and good wishes from them and me.
Yeah thanks Joe, i was hoping it was going to work out too. It was decent money for once, i never saw the anxiety attack coming. I was a little apprehensive when i started, but it just grew in to anxiety and then the incident with the bin nearly falling and crushing me, didnt help.
Also when i did a leavers form with HR. I did express that the training should of been over several days. I was there at 7am for approx 5 hours watching health and safety videos with 4 other guys and in the end it was just kind of going over my head.
Also i feel they should of showed near misses and things that can happen, they showed me an accident that had happened on my interview, but not on the induction day. To me i felt the training was a bit rushed for a layman who had never done the job before.
Also the two older guys i worked with were cool and really nice, but there was another guy who was told i was new, but i think he took a dislike to me and all he did was kept shouting and went mental at me when the bin nearly hit me, which didn't help my anxiety build up. I had told their occupational health i was on meds and had to tell them again on my training forms, but i haven't had a build up in 3 years like that
Say thanks to Julia and your girls too👍
